+ 2 Grapefruit juice makes Dbol, Tbol and Halo more effective

ad

Interesting read I found regarding certain AAS Orals and Grapefruit juice. published by Israeli pharmacologists in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

my first time using Oral turinabol I did infact drink grapefruit juice twice daily (about 30 minutes prior to each dose) and I had great results although I can't say for certain it was a result of the Grape fruit juice or even if it had any effect whatsoever on account of it being my first use of the compound and Grapefruit juice. I am however Contemplating doing the same this time around although I'd rather avoid the extra 40+ grams of sugars and awful taste accompanied with GFJ if it's regarded as pointless or detrimental to liver health (If it actually does do anything).

Can anyone chime in with some real world experience involving any of these three AAS and Grapefruit juice?

Grape fruit and its juice are a potent inhibitor of the cytochrome P450 CYP3A4 enzyme, which can affect the metabolism of a variety of drugs, increasing their bioavailability.

The P450 CYP3A4 enzyme is key in metabolism and is found in the intestines and the liver.

Grape fruit juice is not allowed when taking beta blockers and some other medications for this reason.

Yeah that was the crapiest paper I had to write. My organic chem teacher was like "Oh yeah just pick any enzyme and give me a paper on it." A 6 page paper on it.

this is an old bb trick. dont know the reasoning of how and why it happens but when you take an oral with grapefruit juice the body absorbs the compound better. this is why on a lot of meds you will see a warning not to consume with grapefruit juice, this is because the effects will be stronger

from what I've read there seems to be factual information on it's effects on certain meds but it seems it's unknown exactly what causes it although there's a few theories on it that seem pretty solid. Mind sharing any results you may have had with Orals and GFJ?

it is factual, look hard enough and you will find studies on it. regardless of what oral i take i always consume with grapefruit juice. if you have not done so, try it next time you run an oral. you will notice a difference.

Haven't yet gone through everything but it looks like all the sourcing info is towards the bottom of the article.
