EQ Appetite
ad
I'm currently in my 7th week of a low test/high eq cycle 300mg/750mg. I'm using this cycle to get some moderate lean mass, while trying to slim up the waist area. I have been doing a solid job until recently. My cravings are out of control from this eq, especially late in the evenings! What have you guys done to suppress your appetite while on eq? Thanks

i hear you bro.. try drinking more water, a nice large green salad, but TUNA is my weapon against hunger.. i love that i hate it.. it pretty much discus me enough not to want to eat anything else.. eat it plain bro and leave the tuna can near you, in case you even think about food just smell that tuna lol.. it sure help me out, i hope it cando the same for you
People use EQ often to increase appetite. Lower eq dose for to tone down the appetite. 600mg is a good dose
RustyhookerWelcome back nickle!!
God i wish i was having the that issue. Im using bold cyp so still still the same parent hormone (boldenone) and my appetite is shot. Not sure whats causing it. I would love to have your problem right now when I'm trying to bulk.
eat something good and healthy.
That's the problem. I eat healthy, and it doesn't seem to satisfy my hunger, so by 9pm I am a madman. I completely understand what you are saying, and when it comes down to it, it's all about having discipline. Reminds me of a quote we would often use in the military (don't know the origins),
“There Are Two Types Of Pain In The World. The Temporary Pain Of Self Discipline And The Permanent Pain Of Regret."
Not necessarily, I was suggesting to the OP that he increase his fat and calories to put on lean mass and address his hunger problem on Equipoise. Eq is notorious for increasing appetite. You eat like a horse on Eq. When you say lean out it has different levels and also is dependent on the compounds you are running.
What are you trying to do?
When your hungry eat.
Easy open cans of tuna. Dry, right out of the can with a bottle of water.
RustyhookerI add hot sauce . Honky style sushi! Great protein, fish oils for health and thermogenesis capsaicin.
Boom!
That just killed my appetite. Tuna flavored cotton mouth!
I always drain it and pour red wine vinegar on it. It taste pretty good that way.
That actually sounds pretty good! I've tried balsamic on it and it's pretty good as well, but it's a little sweet.
I like to put some tabasco sauce on it.
That's another good one. Also mustard!
That's how I eat it too, well Franks Red Hot Sauce anyways. My lunch usually consists of two packets of tuna, with franks. Quick and easy to eat while on campus.
Spicy food also helps to ramp up the metabolism.
Rustyhooker^^^^^sorry...didn't see you already posted that
Another good idea. Maybe a little Sriracha as well.
Increase your fat content! Almonds, Brazilian nuts and the like. The peanut butter is OK as long as it is sugar free. Avocados are great mid morning to keep hunger at bay. High protein high fat low carb will trim the waistline. By fat I mean omega 3's and 6's. Fish and lean meats and cut out the dairy completely along with any sugars. You must eat about 5000 calories for this to work and that is only lean gains at that. This will not work for a bulking diet. Cut out sugars from high glycemic foods like grapes and mangoes. In fact fruit should be at a minimum as well. Bananas are great but no more than 2 a day. They are pure sugar. Avoid dried fruits as they are mostly sugar as well. Carbs should be sweet potatoes and other low glycemics right before workouts. (A boiled sweet potato has a GL of 11 compared to a baked one of 42 FYI0). Avoid pastas and other starches from grains as they are great for mass and bulking but tend to hang around the stomach for a cut cycle.
Damn havoc, thank you. You just did a lot of work for me there. Very much appreciated.
One thing I forgot to mention berries are fair game. They do not have too much sugar and can be eaten in excess with little concerns. They are also great metabolizes.
Berries are also great antioxidants and help to scrub up all the free radicals floating around our system from all the heavy training.
You are welcome.
I need to throw out all the peanut butter then, and replace with veggies. I seem to crave pb at night. What's your opinion on hummus dip?
FYI they sell peanut flavored protein bud!
Hey man I know exactly what you're going through! Usually I crave chocolate when on eq and it's always right before bed. The best advice I can give you to help is the following..
-freeze some grapes and have that as your late night snack.
-get original Greek non flavor yogurt place into a bowl take your favorite protein powder and add a scoop to the Greek yogurt. Mix it all in obviously. Sometimes I add blueberries for added flavor. (This is why I'm not fat) lol
Let me know if you need any other ideas bud
I'll try that with the Greek non-flavored. I tried eating it last time, and it tastes like sour cream to me. I couldn't do it. I ended up getting the low fat vanilla flavored kind instead. Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a go.
Yes I've tried it by itself too and it was waaay too bitter for my liking however it has 18g of protein already. But in all honestly the flavor of the protein powder totally changes the taste and defiantly not bitter after you add it.
RustyhookerEat lots of clean foods. Veggies are great fillers and full of vitamins.
