EPO and Steroids

Hi Everyone, I am new to this site. I have been an MMA Fighter for 10 yrs. Steroid use is moderate. Max of 500mg of Sus per week, HGH 5IU a day for 5 days weekends off. 6' 205, BF 9-10%. I am wanting to fight one more time prior to retirement and at 42 yrs of age I need some cardio help. I have purchased some EPO and have done significant research regarding how and how much to use as well as how long. Does anyone on this site know what Steroids I can use and how much? I do know that Winstrol is one but it hurts my joints bad. I do need just a bit to recover. I have trained with 250mg of sus per week and 40mgs of Var with it successfully but want to know if this dosage will be an issue with EPO.

Thank you to everyone for their response. It seems to me that most people do not have any experience with EPO. Stating the same thing as most forums. I am not new to supplementation of many types and have a doctor to monitor my Hemocrit and Globe levels. Testosterone MAY increase your red blood cell count but if it does it is in mild amounts. Just an FYI there is a site that may help those that wish to try EPO. I was hoping there was some informal clinical trails to be discussed here but it looks not.

Steroids WILL increase your RBC and can increase so much you need to donate blood to keep it under control. Something you'll want to monitor particularly during long cycles or TRT
Much more dangerous than AAS and HGH.
Definitely ONLY for the very well advanced.
Screw ups with EPO could be fatal.
EPO is a pretty questionable drug to mess with without expert monitoring and I'm not sure how the mod team will view this in the open forum.
