The whole podcast is solid info but there are some real gems regarding mitigating side effects of trenbolone late in a cut. Tips for sleeping, and my favorite, the effects of AAS on serotonin and dopamine.
As someone who was prescribed anti depressants before going on TRT, this gives you a little info on why testosterone and other hormones actually act as a natural (or supra-physiological) anti depressant and have a tremendous impact on mood and stability.
If nothing else that knowledge should help some of you push through the lows of PCT understanding exactly why you fee the way you do when you come off.

I finished this last night, was too tired to write up. Pretty good little movie that gave me a few more tools. The Magnesium should help with sleeps lol.
Things that help with potassium requirements and high blood pressures outside of potatoes, are bananas. They are packed with potassium and go great with shakes. Very underrated fruit.
The Doc mentioned diuretics, but didn't say too much on them. Instead of diuretic meds which can be dangerous af, one could consume the following foods; celery, cucumbers, asparagus, ginger, green tea, and parsley, in moderation. Really cool and glad I took that time to watch. Thanks broski.
I like the part when he elaborated on the difference about micro dosing vs the one wack a week!!
