Concerns with PCT at 36

ad

Hey all,
I'm 36 and after quite a bit of research I'm considering starting my first cycle. I'm considering a 12 week cycle of test E, then follow up with PCT. I'm 6'3", 205 lbs, 14% body fat. My concerns with AAS at my age is whether or not I will be able to start my natural testosterone production up after I'm done, I've been told by some that once you hit 35-40 you can't turn it back on. I've been searching the sites but haven't gotten a definitive answer. Can someone clue me in, and offer any suggestions if you have them?

proper PCT at your age, (im a bit older) especially if it your first you will bounce back just fine. that is unless there is an underlying issue. just get bloods done first to see where you are and after to confirm your back to within normal range. after i pct even at my age my natty test is almost 500. and ive been cycling on and off for YEARS

Blood work prior to start...Blood work During & Blood work after...Best investment to learn your levels. At 36 if you are not trying to have kids your in a good starting point. Keep the mgs to a normal level and be consistent. If you are a rookie you may want to start with a sustanon blend and taper into a longer ester once you get into the 5-6th week. Combine that with some oral Turinabol (less sides)to use both the Inj and Oral stage as a beginner. Once you map out your goals in terms of MG per shot day and regimen. Then look to set up your pct after your typical 8-12 week cycle. Do not start your AAS without first obtaining your pct products. RESEARCH until your fingers bleed from searching Google. Not just forum opinions but factual data based on age, weight, diet goals etc... Your question was based on test and turning it back on. Research HCG, during and after cycle as well as aromasins like proviron, Clomid, Exemestane, Nolvadex, and others but make sure you realize that some estrogen is needed to allow the water weight to shuttle important building blocks to the muscle for growth.

I'm 38 and still bouncing back fine after cycles. I'm more cautios than I was 10 years ago, allow myself more time off and get blood tests more regularly. All depends on the individual.

Thanks for the response, this was my PCT plan:
15 days after last injection of Test E:
Week 1 Nolvadex 40mg and Clomid 100mg a day
Week 2 Nolvadex 40mg and Clomid 100mg a day
Week 3 Nolvadex 20mg and Clomid 50mg a day
Week 4 Nolvadex 20mg and Clomid 50mg a day

I will definitely get blood work done, I wasn't going to but it seems smart. I guess my question is...if I see my natural test levels drop too far, what are my options? Sorry if these are amateur questions but I want to have my bases covered before I start, if I were 25 I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it. I obviously still have some homework to do but you definitely have me sold on the importance of blood work.
