Blood work while on Primobolan & Anavar

ad

Hello guys,

I take the following compounds:

Arimidex e2d 0.5mg
Testosterone E 500mg (weekly)
Primobolan E 450 mg (weekly)
Anavar 50 mg
HGH 4 iu daily
Finasteride 0.3mg e3d

I have the following question:

a) Will Primbolan or Anavar raise my DHT bloodwork due to the fact that they are both DHT derivatives? So it can falsen the test results?

Anyone experience with it?

What does this now mean for my blood test?

Is the 2500 DHT Level only due to the testosterone or may it also be risen so high due to Anavar / Primo?

From a quick google search:

WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE MY DHT CHECKED?
This test is useful for monitoring patients receiving 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor therapy (Finasteride) or chemotherapy and evaluating patients with possible 5 alpha-reductase deficiency. Patients with prostate disease often receive treatment with a 5 alpha-reductase inhibitor which may require monitoring. (PSA)

Primobolan Depot Does Not Convert to Estrogen or DHT

Methenolone is not subject to metabolism by the 5-alpha reductase enzyme (5AR), nor the aromatase enzyme. It therefore does not convert to DHT or to estradiol. These are among the advantages of the compound. However, its lack of conversion to DHT does not mean that it has no effect on the scalp: all anabolic steroids do.

Oxandrolone does not aromatise at any dosage, and is not easily metabolised into DHT or estrogen.

Anavar or Oxandrolone is specifically a dihydrotestosterone (DHT) hormone that has been structurally altered. It is DHT with an added oxygen atom replacing the carbon-2 in the A-ring. This alteration greatly increases the hormone’s anabolic activity, as well as prevents it from being metabolically broken down.

DHT is a sex steroid and androgen hormone. The enzyme 5α-reductase synthesizes DHT from testosterone in the prostate, testes, hair follicles, and adrenal glands. This enzyme reduces the 4,5 double-bond of the testosterone. Relative to testosterone, DHT is much more potent as an agonist of the androgen receptor.

Serum DHT levels are about 10% of those of testosterone, but levels in the prostate gland are several-fold higher than those of testosterone due to extensive conversion of testosterone into DHT by locally expressed 5α-reductase.[17] As such, DHT is considered to be the major androgen of the prostate, although testosterone can mediate similar effects.[17]

Where'd you get the Finasteride? .3mgs E3D? Why are you taking it?

Finasteride will have little/no effect on Primo/Anavar

FYI....you should update your STATS and post complete blood work

shutupnlift's picture

my bloodwork come back with 2500 DHT (normal range 300-1000)

so you think there is no possibility dht derivatives can raise DHT (falsen result) in a DHT blood work?

BF:

Update your stats. Can I ask why this is relevant to you or is it just for interest? Don't forget the testosterone will convert to DHT. So given you're on 500mg of test I would expect your DHT levels to be supra normal.

Why this cycle, compounds and dosage. What's the goal here. What's your cycle history. You're a young guy, pretty tall etc.....id like to know more.

Primobolan
Pharmaceutical Name: Methenolone (orally as acetate, injections as enanthate)
Chemical structure: 17 beta-hydroxy-1-methyl-5 alpha-androst-1-en-3-one
Effective dose: 200-300 mg/week injections or 50-150 mg/day orally

Primobolan is a well-known and popular steroid as well. Like nandrolone it's most often used as a base compound for stacking with other steroids. Methenolone however, is a DHT-based steroid (actually, DHB or dihydroboldenone, the 5-alpha reduced of the milder boldenon). Meaning when it interacts with the aromatase enzyme it does not form estrogens at all.

"blodenone does reduce to a more potent androgen (dihydrobolenone) via the 5ar enzyme (which produces dht from testosterone), however its affinity for this interaaction in the human body is low to nonexistent. we therefore cannot consider the reductase inhibitor" - William Llewellyn

This was just a quick "Google" search.

That's some interesting shit BigM

1-testosterone (dihydroboldenone), or DHB
Dihydrotestosterone, or (5a)-DHT

I think both are similar in structure to Primo (DHT Based)

I wonder if it's similar to GHB and its analogs (ex. GBL or BD)

Primo is DHT based / Proviron is a derivative or analog

gamma butyrolactone (GBL) is metabolized into GHB (faster onset)
1,4-Butanediol (BD) is also metabolized into GHB (slower onset)

That's probably not the best analogy but I got my PHD in Street Pharmacy, not organic chemistry. Smile
