i wish i'd know everything i know now, and have my first cycle with this experience and knowledge. during first cycle i was sleeping like 5-6 hours, eating when it was possible only, because of my full work schedule. no fixed training time and program. was listening too much to guys from gym that had no idea what they were doing with themselves. well my first cycle was totally crap. what i needed to know that time was, that if you do not have time for a cycle, you better do not start it. you should have time to sleep, eat and train. all these besides you life, work, family.
Do you have any regrets steroid users, and what are they?

Well I have been cycling off and on since I was 17. I started way to young! I wish I would have waited. Plus I didn't find eroids till a few years ago. It has been a big help and I have learned the most I ever have from this site..
No regrets about injectable AAS in my adult life but I definitely regret the prohormones I bought at a very young age from GNC before the ban. Me and my buddies would be jacked for 4 weeks but had no clue what we were doing to our bodies.
It was awesome buying sups like androstenedione and others OTC. Would mail order them hit the gym like a maniac. True prob destroyed some internal organs but was good while it lasted.

I found when I first got into AAS I assumed that there was nothing to it. I was wrong though, I found when I wanted answers I would go searching through many different forums and people all over had totally different opinions and answers to my same questions. That's when made the right decision to slow down and not rush anything. So I regret my attitude when I first started. You don't have to take anything. If your to busy to do it properly then don't do it.

Testrogen_PropC...I regret prohormones for sure. Not only are they toxic as hell it Took me probably a good year to a year and a half to feel somewhat normal again afterwards, and my testosterone levels never came back. Prohormones are/were the devil, Bobby.
My first cycle. 8 weeks of Dianabol and Winstrol. No test no AI no PCT no nothing.
I got sick some time after the cycle and had to go to the doctor. Luckily my HPTA was intact however I nearly got cirrosis and had to be on treatment for the liver for more than a year
yeah it's great to find a place like this with such a wealth of knowledge and great people willing to help or call you out when it's necesary.
as far as regrets, I wouldn't say so much but that's probably because I was lucky enough to find this place and was willing to take constructive criticism before I actually started any AAS cycles.
i was not so lucky to find such place when i run my first cycle. if i would find it i would listen to critics of course. there are a lot of people here, with good and bad experience, that are ready to share with.
sometimes we have as much, or even more to learn from the bad experiences of others.
