I found this from a site that sells Oral Tren
Buyer share usage.
The tren, I took orally for a month, did nada, zilch, zero...just messed up my kidneys...BUT:
If you empty the contents of the tabs into a a cup (usa measurement, sorry) of DMSO, shake well every day and let sit for 4 days, then apply
to the back of your knees , elbows, bi's. tri's, and anywhere else you have thin skin and a concentration of capillaries, then WOW!!!! It is
incredible! I put about 50 tabs into 1/2 cup DMSO. HOLY MOLY! My strength and size is going crazy, and less body fat!!! Does not pass
through the liver or kids, because it is transdermal.
Again, share if you want...and thanks!

I think it's quite possible, DMSO can carry any substances thru the skin into your body, also testosterone in TRT is often applied transdermally.
"In addition, DMSO can carry other drugs with it across membranes. It is more successful ferrying some drugs, such as morphine sulfate, penicillin, steroids, and cortisone, than others, such as insulin. What it will carry depends on the molecular weight, shape, and electrochemistry of the molecules. This property would enable DMSO to act as a new drug delivery system that would lower the risk of infection occurring whenever skin is penetrated. "

AnonI found this on another board
It's a form of sulfur MSM. You will get a taste like garlic. It's used for joint pain. It can carry molecules small enough through the skin barrior. My first aas experience was an experiment where I crushed fina pellets, dissolved them in methanol, filtered out the binders, let it dry, mixed with dmso and rubbed it into my skin. It makes a great transdermal carrier. If you want to rub it on your elbows or knees wash them good first

AnonFound this on a site as well about DMSO
What is DMSO?
DMSO is a simple chemical made from wood pulp that penetrates the skin and and has demonstrated the ability to promote the healing of pockets of inflammation. DMSO is an acronym for dimethylsulfoxide and can cause a minor and temporary irritation of the skin.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not granted approvals for all of DMSO's many applications. Despite monumental medical research in support of DMSO's effectiveness in the treatment of soft tissue damage the FDA has restricted DMSO's application to the treatment of interstitial cystitis (bladder wall inflammation). Due to the FDA's restrictions, thousands of Americans suffering from arthrosis (joint disease) have crossed the border to receive therapeutic treatment and to purchase their own supplies of DMSO.
Many European medical communities advocate the use of DMSO as a treatment for arthritis and bursitis. In the United States, veterinary practitioners have made liberal use of DMSO for decades in the treatment of connective tissue damage, dermatological disorder, and certain immunological therapies.
