Androstenedione will test cyp raise levels of this

Got some blood work done and my Androstenedione level came back just slightly over the max range -not very concerned about it but cant find any info on wether or not testosterone cypionate would raise Androstenedione levels - yes i know it is a precursor to natural testosterone production but would synthetics also raise this or are my testies battling for dominance of natural vs synthetic test -lol

AnonAndrostenedione is also Produced in the Adrenals
I would say it is higher due to the body is not converting it to Testosterone via 17Beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase enzyme.
So this is why yopu might of have accumulation of it since your body detects high amounts of Testosterone exogenously and it doesn't need to convert any of it.
But Androstenedione also converts to estrodoil via aromatase

hey thanks for that information - i could find very limited info about it - that makes sense if i have a high amount of synthetic test -the natural precursor builds up and like you say it knows i have high test so it would probably output estrodiol which mine is high but it always is without any bad effects other than occasional bloat - so maybe i will start taking ai at a low dose -im on 500mg/wk test cyp and will be cruising(trt) in about 5 weeks - im always learning something new
i get to answer my own question - its a test done to determine if an individual is using steroids even though my doctor is aware but can also guage wether your going downhill or uphill -in my case im going up - good for me -lol
