Advice on sexual desire using Test E Winstrol

I do hope someone has experienced what I have had
I've used Test E before had extreme hornyness and results and I had a break for around 3 years and started up only 6 weeks ago.
Before I felt pretty good about myself but since I've started using
TEST E 3ML per week
Winstrol 50mg per day
I've lost all motivation I still maintain going to the gym but I don't feel on top of the world.
I don't get morning erections or have any sex drive where I feel like a raging horny goat haha .
I did take some Arimadex and that kind of helped I felt my balls moving about I feel slightly horny and now it's gone again.
Any ideas?

Cut back the winny, and go back to just test. But definitely get blood work done

Better get some bloodwork done so we are not throwing shit on the wall and hoping something sticks.
What do you mean by you took some Arimidex? would help to know dosing protocol for your adex.
Impossible to say. Try getting bloodwork. However, using too much Adex is far worse than having your estro a little elevated. Crashing your Estro makes you feel like crap. For some reason, everyone is afraid of Estro these days. Too much broscience floating about on the internet.
