37 year old, looking to start a cycle - Recomendation needed

ad

Hello all,

I am here looking for some advice.

I am 37 years old, pretty active and fit. Hit the gym between 4-6 times a week. Researching on which type of testosterone/cycle would be best for me to start with. Looking for the number one product out there in the market. Objective is to gain study lean mass, with very little water retention.

Thanks,
A.

Yes, thanks, agreed, I am leaning more towards Testorterone C or E. I still don't know much about the difference. But, will continue to do research before using.

What are some of the regular products do you guys use and recommend?
This is what a personal trainer recommended to take:

AMP - Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60, powered protein drink in the mornings.
GNC - L-Glutamine Power, mixed with AMP shake in the mornings.
Perfect Zero Carb Isopure, powered protein drink in the evenings.
Cellucor Muscle Growth P6 Extreme (Testosterone boosting Agent) before workout.
Jack3D (Pre-Exercise CNS-Camosine-ATP Augmentory) I have no idea what that means, but this is a power to have pre-workout.

Is the above good and covers it all, protein supplement, muscle recovery and joint recovery? Also, whats good to prevent injuries and for fast recovery of muscles and joints?

Thank you.

Yes, I will research the link below.
I just updated my stats.
I am scheduled to do a complete blood work early next week. Which will include urine analysis, full chemistry test, CBC text, prostate test and will check all the vitamins, enzymes and minerals in my body as well.

I am a father of an amazing 15 year son. He is very active and plays all sports. Unfortunately, I feel like my body isn't producing all the natural testosterone that it needs. So, here I am researching and listening to your recommendations.

Get blood work first and foremost to determine your natty levels. I was same age when I did my first cycle and regret not doing that. Don't skimp on this.

Do some research in the meantime. You will find a low dose test only cycle will do you right. Water retention can be controlled. Adex helped me. Diet and water intake will do the rest.

I love the fact that I scrolled down and the first thing I see is blood work being suggested first. +2 on that, Bro!

Thanks. I made that mistake. Want to help others not make the same one.

What was your first cycle when you did it? Also, what would you change, if anything?

Test e 500mg per week split into two doses.. and Adex @ . 25 every 3 days. Midway through I ran labs and changed the Adex slightly as my estro came back slightly elevated

Besides stats, click on this link and do some research. That way you can ask the right questions and come up some solutions.

Post up your stats (height, weight, bf%). How's your diet and training regime?

Posted the stats. My diet and training is pretty decent. Actually, it is getting better. I am eating better and working out much more effectively. I am sure, if I continue this workout/diet regiment, I will gradually improve in all categories within 6-8 months.
