I did my first ever pin on thursday (yes im new to all of this) of GP Test Cyp 250 and i now have a small lump on the site of the injection... you can see it but you can feel it id dosent hurt either. is this normal? how long will it last?

You should be ok, "knots" are fairly common especially with glutes
depending on your bf% you may want to go 1.5 in needles for glute injections, also depending on the thickness/viscosity of the oil you may also want a larger gauge needle to make it easier to inject from that angle. Just my .02

Seems to me like everything should be fine. I would say its just from pinning a virgin muscle, it should go down within a day or 2 if its nothing serious.
Put a hot pad on it, and rub it occasionally. That should help the absorbtion rate of the oil.

What size needle did you pin with, and where did you pin?
Also did you sterilize the inj site?
