Struggles with sleep during bbing contest prep

What's up everyone. I'm about 9 days out from a show. It seems like every time I compete and get to about 3 weeks out I have a hard time sleeping, because I have to piss every 1.5 hours! It's bad enough functioning on low calories, but no sleep makes me a real ass. Does anyone know why I might be struggling? Or is this common with other competitors? I've tried over the counter sleep aides, no water 3 hours before bed, and CBD oil. Nothing works.

And I have been taking duateraside and saw palmetto to help with prostate.

Right now I'm running 80mg tren, 120 mg test p, and 120mg mast EOD

I'm also taking 60mcg clen 75 mcg t3
50 mg winistrol and 30 mg anavar ED

That's a good question and is something I'm conflicted with. Maybe you guys can offer some advice. Right now I'm 180 so 3 lbs away from stepping on stage at the top of the middle weight class (176.25). I'm nervous to compete light heavy at the bottom of the class (light heavy is 177 to 194)... I have 8 days before I compete and am absolutely miserable and not sure if I could lose more fat without sacrificing size. Should I worry about trying to drop weight to be the biggest in my class or should I maintain and maybe even grow into the comp? My coach wants me to go 0 carbs which I'm 3 days into, and still do 90 minutes liss and pose and weight train...

I guess what I'm saying is should I worry about the weight class or no?

Conditioning is what is going to win the show. Top or bottom of weight class is no big deal. It is whoever comes in with the best conditioning that will win. Lose whatever fat you can.

Get rid of that damn clen. No wonder you can't sleep. Switch over to albuterol. Much better burner to begin with and you will be able to sleep.

Oh no kidding? I hadn't even considered Albuterol... It's a little late for me to grab it. But I'll use it instead next competition prep. I have been tapering my clen use back as I suspected it was messing with me.

I hear ya... Hey since I've got you right here. I was thinking about entering the EBC 2019. I have a competition March 9th so I'll be pretty lean... I read through the rules and nothing says if I compete in bodybuilding that I can't enter. Would it be alright for me to enter the EBC 2019? I plan on fluffing up for 4 weeks and getting right back into a cut to compete for my procard in July.
I know that's off topic but I appreciate your input.

Part of the issue is the stress of cutting itself. You can try OTC supplements like Melatonin, Tryptophan, Valerian Root etc. Or you can simply get an Rx for Ambien.

As far as the Urination issue Prostate is a problem for older guys, but you state you're 29, so it would be rare, but you could go for a Prostate Exam and PSA test.

Not sure what your running but your prostate could be enlarged. That can cause you to urinate more.
Pretty common for us senior guys...

I would have thought its because you are in a completely catabolic & dehydrated state, I know when I go to bed out of pure tiredness and my body is still wanting more carbohydrate I cannot sleep at all. I have to get back up and eat/drink untill my body is satisfied.

I eat in the middle of the night. When you eat while setting on the can you'll have reached full pig status..

Ya know bud that is one thing I have never ever done Lol I just could not sit and eat whilst lowering a turd haha Plus I guess you have to stop anyway when wiping your a** unless there is some special knack to it?!
