Hey whats ur guys take on the best exercise for complete upper chest development...Ive been doing research and found that incline does more front delts than chest...Any suggestions..

Weighted push ups helped my upper chest development...
I would consider upper chest top be more of an isolation type thing, and to that end I would say you should be able to drop to weight and put the strain wherever you want. Incline doesn't have to do just the pecs at all. Sometimes for me it's just a matter of what part of my hand I apply the most pressure to during a movement.
WadeBEENo offense, but unless one of us invents a new upper chest exercise soon, we are all kinda just left with incline presses, incline flies etc. All chest presses, whether inclines, flat or decline all hit delts regardless. It really comes down to mind and muscle connection, your ability to contract your chest and flex at the top, use your chest to move the weight, rather than your delts if that makes any sense.
