How long do you stay OFF of cycle for?

ad

Basically my question is how long do you typically wait between cycles before blasting again? I've generally gone about as long as my cycle was on as off, but i don't necessarily know if that's too much or too little of off cycle. Also, what's your PCT like if your on TRT? Anything beside going back to your prescribed dosage that you do?

Hope this don't come off as too beginner but i just wanted some feedback

When I was cycling it was always a rule of thumb that it was length of.last cycle plus pct off. I also don't start pct until 4 weeks after last pin on long esters. When I was younger standard pct was good. As i aged I started double pct. This worked as I knocked my gf up in 2017. Now at 39 i don't recover so well so now it's blast and cruise.

Depends on length/dose of previous cycle. 8-12 is pretty standard. Longer if you don't cruise TRT. During cruises I like to do lots of HIIT calisthenics, kettle bell, and plyo with cardio & agility days. Lots of flexibility and foam rolling/percussion therapy. You build that muscle, then it's time to use it functionally. Getting bigger/stronger is only half the goal for me.

I usually wait about 8 to 12 weeks in between Cycles unless something feels off or blood work says things still need a little more time.

For blasting and cruising, I prefer to take 8-12 weeks off between cycles. This allows for good recovery and reset so that I can keep running similar cycles without extremely high doses.
I currently go back to cruise on just low Test, however I do hear some people run proviron with their cruise.

For people that PCT, the general rule of thumb is
Time On + PCT = Time Off

Blasting and cruising I would give a min of 8 wks to allow myostatin levels to reset. Running pct then time on including pct = time off

Typically, I’d like to cycle twice a year but I’ve had long lay offs, 3 years plus. For example, This recent layoff is approaching 3 years due to the global crises where I was unable to workout (in a gym) for 2 of those years. However, I did dabble with GH and some Clen during that time but not a hardcore cycle featuring oils. It was an extremely humbling experience having to start over again from scratch but I will say after 5 months of consistency, I’m about 80% of where I was physically. I won’t cycle again until I’m performing at the physical capacity I know I can achieve.
