What is the best anti-catabolic drug that can be used in a cut?

Hello. I'd like to do a fast-cut during a cruise, with a deficit of ~1000 calories a day. I'd like to know, with high proteins, and training every single days, what is the most efficient anti-catabolic steroid I could stack with the test at a low-dosage, to reduce the amount of muscles loss?

I ran Tbol several years ago, maybe 2013 or so and I have to say it did absolutely nothing for me. Anavar is far better but the only reason why it’s debatable if it’s anti catabolic is because of the acid reflux as well as curbing hunger. There are times I can’t even eat on Anavar otherwise it does a hell of a job promoting muscle.
This topic has me thinking how effective Eq would be given how muscles absorb protein as well as the synthesizing effect but Eq often promotes hunger. I’m considering 3 types of cycles when start up again in April. Test with Eq or primo or DHB. If I decide to run EQ, I just have to monitor hematocrit levels, otherwise it’s a phenomenal compound. I’m also interested to see how I respond to Eq or these compounds in a deficit diet like keto or carnivore. I think it will still promote muscle despite being in a deficit. We shall see in April

I've never ran eq, just picked up some dhb to Start the same thing. Low carb high protien already month in on my cycle, should be starting the dhb, it's so hot, eating is always a chore there I live, summer 24-7, goin to jump into keto at end of this,

Nice, keep us updated on progress. I think Eq is a poor man’s Primo with more side effects. I’m not experienced with DHB but it’s intriguing me more and more especially with its effects on a deficit. I’m just biased in favor of primo.

Well running dhb you'll be alot hotter as far as body temp lol. Tends to bring up body heat a bit. And yes it is absolutely possible to gain muscle in a calorie deficit if you know what you're doing.

I starred to use some tren , and I just can't run that shit anymore lol, and really like the info on dhb, and gonna give it a go,. High protein low carb. 3000 calories. Mostley at night. I'm soaked at work all day in heat, so I eat my carbs in am and. Nothing but chicken and ahi tuna steaks lunch and night, and. Hate to say it. But alot of protein shakes. Not ideal. But it's hard eating doing the work I do, and nothing

I have zero dealings with tren so I don't blame you. And about dhb..I remember when it was sold legally on the supplement market. Things were crazy back then. But it sounds like you have a good plan though. And about the protein shakes, I'm with you no doubt but nothing like good old food for growth. But I get it it's hard for me also especially when my appetite come and go.

There are only 2 compounds I can gain muscle on while in a deficit (not a lot, but at least some which is better than nothing), primo and DHB. But if the deficit gets too extreme no lean tissue gains but no net loss in lean tissue either.

I figured so. Ive heart people have the assumption that even Deca can preserve but that depends on caloric intake. I feel it’s a misconception where water replaces muscle. This is also why my next cycle will feature one of those compounds but I’m leaning towards Primo just as a regular cycle with normal caloric intake followed by a DHB cycle at a deficit.

If you've been use to running anadrol I really wouldn't bother with it bud - its basically half the strength of Dianabol and by all accounts is very mild. Its designed to increase strength with very little to no weight gain. All the guys I have seen getting excited about running it were very disappointed after using Dbol.

@JakeKO I would tell you to try it out because you never know but I get where your coming from. I've never really heard good things about it though.

Clenbuterol is very muscle sparing while dieting. Proviron helps me as well. Beta-2-Agonists are known for it. You could sub ephedrine/caffeine/ASA Instead.

A 'fast cut' while cruising (and in general) is a sure-fire and unnecessary way to lose muscle. I wouldn't recommend cutting or stacking anything while cruising. A cruise is ment to reach homeostasis again.

If you want to cut, end your cruise and go on a cutting cycle.

I have to jump in. I'm new to THIS board but am very knowledgeable to the medical level and I will tell you that what there saying about keto is correct. Keto is very anti catabolic due to the use of beta hydroxyiterate as primary energy source ketosis is a starvation mode of the body that's primary purpose is to produce ketones to use fatty acid as energey and yes be anticatabolic of other body tissue such as muscles and organs. That being said clean is VERY anticatabolic it's actually what it's most proven use is increasing core temperature of the animal while preserving meat (muscle) obviously outside of its intended use of bronchial dilation. Again that being said I've used many different compounds for this. The levels you want are higher then cruise Imo. I'd use DHT BASED gear in order to decrease water retention and thwart your efforts I use test p,tren a and winstrol in my last cut. Didn't need t3 or clean. Just gear and 300 calories less the base. If you have any other questions please ask. I hope I have you more what you wanted
