I bought this from a guy and im just wandering if anybody seen this before and if it safe? It says 250mg per 1 ml testosterone combination

Never seen that brand before but I would assume it’s a sustanon mix. Pretty common for most brands. As others have said, only way to know would be to have it tested.
If it tastes like horse cum it’s legit.
Active ingredient - testosterone combination. Lol
It should be a Sustanon blend. That being said I know nothing about “Axinas brand”. If that is the brand.
