Was wondering if anyone else has experienced hair loss while on Superdrol. I’ve been running a cycle I did 3 weeks on 10mg. I took 10 days off after week 2 then continued for 1 more week, and recently I’ve noticed that my hair seems to have thinned out, and my hairline appears to have receded a bit. I’m trying to figure out if this could be related to the Superdrol or if it might be due to some other factors. Note I also take 20mg isotretinoin, which I’ve read can potentially influence hair thinning/receeding. However for the sake of my liver I discontinued it on the days I took Sdrol.
Has anyone else noticed similar issues with their hair while on Superdrol? Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I found this thread when I was looking around for hair loss causes. Im 45 and in the past months I noticed alot of hair thinning. I have always had really thick hair, grows quick and full. Ive always been taking steroids the past 20yrs, spent more time on than off. I decided to take Accutane to help with acne/cysts I was getting, started last winter into the spring then another cycle summer into fall. I was taking 20mg/day and it worked great clearing my skin up, no complaints at all. Now i see hair loss/thinning a few months later and after researching hairloss from accutane i am leaning in the direction it is the accutane. I didnt notice the hair loss while taking it, but i really wasnt looking. Ive read hair loss may be temporary and it may grow back but may take months to see anything. i also heard Ketoconazol shampoo may help so i got some to use daily.
With Superdrol being a DHT derived compound it sure will affect your hair, also given how strong it is. I really would consider using another oral in its place mate, its very bad for both the liver and kidneys and its not like you can run it over 3 weeks safely. I saw someone say in a forum they saw a 25 unit drop in their eGFR whilst running it!!
Bro, in 2018 I had to have routine bloodwork done and I had been on 20 mg Superdrol for about 2 weeks. My fucking doctor thought I had hepatitis when she saw my liver values! She scheduled another draw in a month (I immediately discontinued Superdrol) and a month later my doctor said “I don’t know what you’re doing, but you need to bottle it and sell it because your liver values, cholesterol, etc are all great!”
I swore it off after that and stick to Anadrol. I get too fucking bloated on D-bol and my blood pressure goes cray. I love Anadrol because it’s so much drier but still gives me incredible pumps.
Sorry mate just seen this!! HAHAha Just shows how Toxic that stuff really is, 20mg isn't a high dose either when ya think users go up to 40mg at the peak of a typical cycle. 20mg was all I could ever do per day and lasted all of 3 days each time. Its a feeling that you cannot put into words isn't it, very very effective at what it does but there is a point where pain and misery outshine even the perkiest Tits and Ass! Can you remember what your ALT and AST were? Whats more frightening is what it does to kidneys. There was a famous US Wrestler that ran Superdrol for a month back when it was legal and he lost weight while on it from Steroid induced Hepatitis and then continued to lose a shedload as it made him really ill for months afterwards - was puking up blood daily and all sorts.
Appreciate it bro. I’ll probably retire it then. It’s sad because it really does make you look gnarly. But, what’s your opinion on 25mg pharma Anavar? Is that relatively easy on the hair?
Anavar is way more mild, I ran a cycle with anavar and then a anavar only cycle shortly after and when I got bloods done everything was perfect. 50mg a day for 5 weeks, use a liver and kidney supplement and eat foods that are good for cholesterol control, anavar is my favoritee
I'm not an Anavar user buddy but plenty of other guys on here are. My guess is it still won't be that friendly being a DHT too, but in all fairness I have not seen others complain of hair loss whilst on Var. A lot of Steroids cause hair loss and its just something you have to accept long term if you want to use them. I started losing mine bad when I was first doing the rounds with Dianabol, then the Trenbolone obliterated it over the coming years Lol
