PIP GETTING WORSE AFTER A WEEK

TERRIBLE PIP PLEASE HELP
Hi guys. Hope everyone is well.
I just started a cycle with Test-Cyp 250 last week. I did one injection in left deltoid on Tuesday and one injection in right deltoid on Friday. PIP from the second one is almost gone but my right deltoid hurts and got swollen even more now, a week after the injection. The area under the skin is hard and warm when I touch it and it has gone in to triceps as well. The delt itself looks different than the other one, kind of lost the curve. I used 23G 1 inch needle.
I injected myself times before and never had this kind of problem. It is also my first time taking Cypionate.
Is it normal to happen a week after? Is it just a reaction or should I see a doctor?
Thank you

TricepatopsWarmth, redness and swelling plus moving to other place sounds like an infection
Sounds like an infection/abscess in the making and time to see DR. Not sure if you have these in your area, but we have walk-in clinics that give vitamin supplements injections/IV’s. Tell them you got a Vitamin D shot (its oil based) there and had a reaction if you want avoid initial AAS questions.
Just read it's after one week, possible sterile abscess as well
Keep close eye on your body temperature. Fever usually goes hand in hand with infections. Might be a sterile abscess. Hard to tell what's what conisdering the 2nd inject site is good and no PIP or swelling. Hope it soon subsides though
Was everything properly sterilized? This is why I prefer glutes, less pain. Also if something were to happen I'd rather it be my glutes then delts.
If I were you I would go to a Dr/urgent care (assuming you are in the States) and tell them you were working around the house and got poked by a finishing nail or something.
The fact that it is spreading to your tricep could be the oil/solvent you are sensitive to dispersing OR it could be an infection spreading.
I wouldn't risk it though. If it is am infection and you keep waiting you could easily be looking at 3 - 5 days in a hospital and thousands in medical bills for what could have been addressed with a few hours of your time and ~$150.
I have met people who don't want to go to the doctor when they may have an infection from an injection. Just remember you don't have to go in there and say "I was injecting AAS and now...." a rusty finishing nail can infect you just as easily as a 23g pin and nobody needs to know how the skin was punctured to accurately diagnose and treat you.
This is sound and wise advise right here. I would tell them a brad nail or a staple though. Smaller diameter puncture wound just in case the doc is savvy on construction details.
Sounds like a reaction to either the hormone or the solvents, likely not an infection. Try taking some benedryl
Well, I would definitely discontinue immediately. Could be a bad batch or you could be allergic to the carrier oil. If you have any antibiotics on hand, start taking them and go see a doctor.
What type of injection, SubQ or deep tissue?
A lot of UGL test can’t be subQ injected.
Rustyhookerno brands in forums
@Greg
what size needle? Whats the brand cyp? Ive been doing delts with 27g 1.5" for a few years now, few occasions i'll get a lump but goes away in a day or two. I would switch inj spots, try to see if thats any better. If not discontinue that bottle and switch to another brand.
RustyhookerHot painful and continued swelling.....tell dr you tried b12 injection to keep roids outta convo. Its the same procedures but you dont need roids on your chart.
Do you think it’s an infection?
Yes. Painful, swollen, red, hot to touch. Likely abscess in the making. Get to urgent care ASAP! @Rustyhooker can post some pics I'm sure
RustyhookerIt might skeer him @Makwa
Lol
