Dont mess around with it, go get checked out, you may need to wear a monitor while sleeping so they can figure it out. It could also be the position you are sleeping in. Try sleeping on your left side.
Ile mention to my doctor i need to try get them to do full blood work for me anyway not sure how to swing it with them yet. They dont know im on test and defo gonna say i shouldnt be doing it if i come to them about this aswell lmao
They do not need to know you are on Test. As far as I know I don't think Test affects the heart unless you take some ungodly amount of it. As far as blood work goes that is easy to get tell them you want to do a health panel to make sure things are okay but if you want the test levels checked then they will know you are on test if they order those. You can order that on your own as well.
Like KevK said, 60bpm is fairly normal during sleep.
There are many possibilities that can effect this.....Sleep Apnea, sleep position, stress, medication and so on.
The fact that you wake up and can notice the slow, loud beat could be exaggerated simply because you are aware of it.
For example, anytime I feel some sort of new pain, my mind automatically goes into overdrive with worry over all the different things that could cause it. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac I guess.
Not saying this is your case but just some things to consider. If you feel something could be seriously wrong, definitely go check it checked out.
I'm not a Doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
I am hypochondriac aswell any sort of random chest pain and i think the end has come lmao. Had quite bad anxiety before starting test seems to have improved a lot as time goes on probs just all in my head worrying the worst all the time.
I feel ya bro. I know those feelings all too well....a little random back pain and I'm looking up everything like all the possible side effects on a pharmaceutical ad.
Weird question, but are you taking Reta?
Nah mate
I've experienced the same feeling but usually only when I eat something too late at night while I've been on Reta
Resting heart rate at 60 bpm isnt that low depending on your fitness and age.
Yer just more weirded out waking up feeling a slow a heavy heart pumping through me chest
