-3 First Cycle

Hello I am in need of good advice for the entire process of running a cycle. (Needle size, injection sites, good supplier(if allowed to provide info), when to take dosages, etc.) I am attempting to cut at the moment. What is an effective cycle I should run to burn as much fat as possible while building muscle? I had anavar in mind. Thoughts? Thank you

I’m a full-time student finishing out my masters degree, I worked full-time M-F, go to gym everyday, and also run my own dropshipping businesses on the side. Can u cut me a break goddamn man. No one works like me but I am hesitant of anything to do because there is so many different opinions on first cycle. Ur a fucking pussy

You are not asking for advice....

You are asking for your hands to be held and to be spoon fed information....information which is available right here on this very same website...but you lack the desire, drive, dedication to seek and absorb.

Anavar is not a fat burner, running it by itself will be disastrous and any gains you make will disappear upon discontinuation of it. You will be left with a natural testosterone production of nothing...and will end up depressed with acne and terrible blood lipid values. Good luck

I’ve been working out for around 7-8 years with top of the line strength coaches. My diet on the other hand has somewhat been yo-yoing. If I were to start a cycle I know that I would not settle for even a single bite of useless food

For your weight if what's on your profile is true then your calorie intake is way too low at 2100 a day. @Makwa has good info regarding this. You still need carbs and fat to grow. Food is king.

Interesting. A nutritionist constructed the meal plan for me. Funny thing is, he made it for me when I was at 278 pounds. I was probably around 21% body fat at 278. I made a few tweaks to increase my protein intake by a little bit.

Here is what I recommend. First do a little research and then come back with a plan so we actually have something to give suggestions on if it needs tweaking. Spoonfeeding you info does not do you any favors. Why don't you tell us what needle size, injection sites, compounds and dosages you plan to use and we go from there.

Couple of key points to keep in mind. You are not going to effectively burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Pick one or the other and roll with it. Diet will dictate results, not the compounds your run. Oral only cycles don't work unless you are a female.

Let's see your plan now.

Hey...Im not going to recommend you any compunds but I will say that good anavar is a game changer. You Im quite sure know that your diet can enhance your physique or hinder it so smart dieting choices I feel is the key to your goals plus putting in consistent challenging work in the gym

Also, my diet is only 2,100 calories a day, but I get like 250 grams of protein per day. It’s almost entirely protein, but I sprinkle in some carbs and fats

Yeah bro 250 grams of mantein, you gone be alright, just put all your intensity in getting good workouts in, I suggest heavy training for sets of 5 in all that you do...Be patient, you gone be alright!

I go to the gym everyday and do a crazy amount of volume and failure till every set. I know it’s not great for recovery, especially for being in a calorie deficit, but I’ve been getting stronger and have been losing weight. I don’t know if it’s body dysmorphia or what though, but I feel smaller. I’m just trying to take shit to the next level
