Well worth a read this if you have 5 minutes spare, it discusses the possible reasons as to why Bodybuilders and Steroid users in general keep dying young. It shows the importance of getting bloodwork done to monitor how thick your blood is from your cycle and how important it is to keep well hydrated to keep your blood running nice and smoothly and not starting to clog up in any way.

Very good read. Back in 2017 I had a clonic tonic seizure because I was lazy about getting blood work done and my Hematocrit got out of control and caused secondary polycythemia. I'm lucky to have come out unscathed but still had to go on short term disability for 6 months because my job requires me to drive often and in my state you can't drive for 6 months after a seizure. It definitely woke me up to the real risk we take living this lifestyle. I was backing out of a parking lot and about to get on I-95. If it would have happened 5 minutes later I very well may not be here to write this comment.
Kickinhardi used to be that guy that would try amd not drink too much before bed for fear of waking for a piss or two through the night!! lol i read a similar article that said you need to have water in your system through the night. now i just man up and do it and like you press i turn it into a meal as well that thats prepped lol eating lasagne at 2am haha!! with my pint of ice water. great article my friend thanks for sharing this is gonna help a lotta people.

AnonWhere the article talks about bodybuilders not drinking enough water before bed for fear of waking up to piss and not getting enough sleep? That's weak. Just wake up and take a loud night piss and let everyone know whos house this is!
Yeh I thought that was a bit weird too - I've don't know of anyone who doesn't drink fluid before bed just so they don't have to get up and piss??! Most bodybuilders wake up to eat at least once during the night anyway I know I have for the last 7 years and you just have a piss then Lol Then it normally gets me up when its time to get up anyway. I can see where he's coming from though on the Heart attack front just before people wake up - especially when running gear like tren. Sweating out litres of water during the night its easy to get up with a headache from blood clogging in your brain.
Anonhahaha! I'm not even that big and I wake up and get a snack from the fridge most nights too. My girl doesn't even lift and she snacks at night.
For the night sweats bro, I buy those cheap 3 packs of soft undershirts at walmart and will have my top drawer full of them right by the bed. And a drink on that bedside table too so I can swap for a dry shirt and drink some Gatorade or whatever...glass of water and blueberry flavored BCAA's. The day (or night) I can't get up to nigh piss is a sad day indeed.
