Appetite suppression from Dbol

ad

Hey guys,
How do you guys combat appetite suppression from Dbol. I just jumped up to 50 mg a day and have virtually no appetite. Does this happen to anyone and if so is there a solution other than forced eating and feeling sick.
Thanks in advance

50mg dbol sounds like massive overkill. Is it even real?

Smalldawg11's picture

It’s an Injectable from a trusted source on this site, but you’re right. Maybe it is overkill.

Bill1976's picture

That’s what it does. I can’t take it because of that

Smalldawg11's picture

Yeah I might be one of them people too. Live and learn ya know.

In my city THC is legal and helps drastically

Maybe we are down the same state lol

On just under 40 MGs a day split into 3 doses. Going into week 4 (final week of the D-Bol this cycle). My appetite definitely fluctuates. It’s actually been great for leaning out a bit and recomping a bit this cycle. But it’s not to the point where it interrupts my diet. Sometimes I wake up in the morning absolutely starving.

Smalldawg11's picture

Yeah it has been Interrupting my macros for the day. I am pretty good at eating even when I’m not hungry but it’s like sick feeling. Honestly I’m gonna go down to 25 to finish out the last two weeks to see if that helps and continue to take liver support supplements

At the end of the day supplements will help but there is still going to be toxicity regardless if it's in injectable form due to it's chemical composition period, no way around that. It all ends up in the liver to be metabolized. Supplements only help so much and aren't a total cure as I'm familiar with all supplements. And yes appetite suppression issues are common with both inject and oral forms of this compound. Be safe and good luck

I use the usual things like NAC, Milk Thistle, Choline, Vit C but there are a few other things that when added in really help keep the appetite good and they are Artichoke Extract capsules and Astragalus Root powder. The Artichoke keeps the Bile flow through the liver high and stops the bile ducts from blocking up, and the Astragalus Root helps the liver in general and also the Kidneys. Then taking it to the next level you have Curcumin, MSM, Pine Bark, Grape Seed extract etc.

A Great combo would be Artichoke ext, Astragalus root, Milk Thistle (also lowers cholesterol).

The Injectable is actually the better of the two options for helping keep your appetite, the tablets are way worse I find for losing it.

Thanks for the advice.

Never felt it from dbol and never used 50mg .

Tudca, NAC, milk thistle, protect you liver

MurderHornet2020's picture

Well I didn’t run any liver supplements but I definitely will next go round just been drinking a ton of water.

23Sparta's picture

Oh yeah bro, please do. These supplements absolutely work well at reducing harm. For some reason I’m having trouble copying the link, but if you look at my profile, I have a post 40 days in bloods. You can see my pre cycle alt and ast in red and green. Then in the third picture my alt and ast after two pulses of Anadrol. Bloods taken on the last day of the second pulse. Enzymes barely elevated, alt in range and ast a few points out of range and that most likely due to the fact that I was beasting the fuck out at the gym and damaging muscle tissue contributes to elevated ast as well

MurderHornet2020's picture

I appreciate it man. Yeah I definitely have heard of using things like Milk Thistle. I thought you know I eat right take all my vitamins and drink tons of water so I kinda ignored the extra steps that’s my bad.

23Sparta's picture

Yeah bro, there’s a whole rabbit hole of supplementation you would do well to fall down if you want to get the most out of this life in the healthiest manner. I always suggest to watch vigorous Steve on YouTube, imo the best ped guru without question. I’m on one off his supplement stacks currently and the difference is remarkable, my cycle is pleasant af and productive

I'm not big on orals but like sparta mentioned you need to protect yourself. But drinking water is part of that process so at least you're doing that.

press1's picture

For sure mate, they don't totally zero out the toxicity of the orals but they do keep it from going into danger territory and the levels that start to affect appetite and cause liver inflammation/pain. My Doctor use to say to me they get concerned when they start to see someone's ALT and AST consistently over 100, anything below that doesn't bother them. If you take supps they will keep things much lower and stable for the time you run them - when you don't it will just rise and rise well past 100. I never took liver supps in the early days as I saw members being negative about them and saying they don't do much to help and that the time you heal is when you come off the orals. That stuck in my head so I didn't bother with them which was an extremely bad move. Liver/kidney supps along with BP meds are something everyone should be considering when running orals and if BP levels are touching 130 Plus on cycle.

Absolutely correct Press. I’ve seen my bloods with and without these organ protecting supplements and there is no doubt that they work well. What’s awesome is that I’ve actually improved some of my health markers from the time I was natty while I’ve been on and off gear the last two years. lol, I’m not saying the aas did it obviously, but just the fact that this lifestyle has me very concerned and proactive regarding my health.

press1's picture

What happens without you realising it is all the natural supplements like Milk Thistle, Astragalus root etc all help with numerous other blood markers and health problems so they improve all those things at the same time as you are primarily focusing on reducing your Liver markers!! Lol So like with me as I take Milk Thistle most days, that slashes down my cholesterol levels which shows up in bloodwork. The doctor can never work it out how its so good Lol All the other stuff like Zinc, Magnesium, Vit C, D, Iron and joint supps I would never take if I wasn't using AAS - so in a lot of ways the lifestyle is very healthy, obv apart from the steroid part. But if you keep up with it all off cycle then its a win win situation for sure Good

23Sparta's picture

That makes sense Press. lol, astragalus is in my arsenal as well. Along with a dozens of other supplements I’ve picked up on as learn about this lifestyle. I know I spend way more money on these things and bloods than I do on gear. I do stick with them off cycle as well, just may reduce the dosage on some

Smalldawg11's picture

It’s injectable, but I do take those supplants as well.

Steeltoad777's picture

Apparently it's just as liver toxic.
