Greek Yogurt, a good source of protein...?

Is it believed that high-protein Greek Yogurt is a good source of protein for us weight lifters...?
Where I live it's practical and affordable.. and the extra added benefits such as the healthy gut bacteria.
Does anyone else use this besides myself?

Eat it every day, from 150g to 300g.

This one is the best I’ve found in the U.S. that doesn’t taste like shit.

Yeah man, huge complete protein, great for your gut. Great stuff. I don’t really eat meat so Greek yogurt & eggs are crucial to my life.
