Greek Yogurt, a good source of protein...?
ad
Is it believed that high-protein Greek Yogurt is a good source of protein for us weight lifters...?
Where I live it's practical and affordable.. and the extra added benefits such as the healthy gut bacteria.
Does anyone else use this besides myself?

DreamlordI don’t like so much milk product and i prefer eggs beef or chicken but it is complete and if the digestion is good you can add on your diet plan.
Eat it every day, from 150g to 300g.
This one is the best I’ve found in the U.S. that doesn’t taste like shit.
Probiotic strawberry yogurt and protein powder is my pre-workout meal.
Yeah man, huge complete protein, great for your gut. Great stuff. I don’t really eat meat so Greek yogurt & eggs are crucial to my life.
TricepatopsGreat choice for BBs and even your average person. Helps with the gut health which seems to be way more important to our health and emotional wellness then ever expected. Gut health is one of the most important things to have. Seems like every other day a new study comes out about how important it is to have good gut health. Some people were even trying to steal Tom Brady's shit and have fecal implants to get great gut health.
LucasBiggsGood source of protein. Contains all the amino acids making it a complete protein unlike a lot of vegetarian stuff like beans, peanuts etc..
Lifted-presence92Good for the gut also brotha!
Pretty much a staple in my diet. Works great when making protein shakes.
