+ 1 dryer advice

Hello everyone ! I'm looking for weight loss tips and suggestions! I have been practicing bodybuilding for 4 years, having never been a great athlete, I combined it with cardio for weight loss, at the time I weighed 137 kilos and was 170cm tall.

I managed to get down to 91 kilos with a slight gain in muscle (I remained natty), today I went back up to 103 kilos (fat) and I can no longer go down.

For breakfast I make:
- 40g oatmeal - 100ml soy milk - 2 eggs

Lunch :
- I vary my meals, I try to include 40g protein / 30g carbohydrate

Snacks:
Generally a Hippro with 25g of Protein or a whey shake.

Dinner :
Same as lunch, almost around 40g of protein and 30g of carbohydrate.

For lipids I do not exceed 50g per day. I do on average 4 workouts per week with 2 muscle workouts per session.

I no longer do a lot of cardio once a week, running only and not every week. I'm looking for advice on how to get back into a good diet to get off to a good start.
I have already been able to take albuterol without visible or concrete results.
Today I am open to supplementing a diet with potentially "stronger" products to get real results and build mass afterwards.
I've been interested in the subject for a while but haven't gotten around to it yet. My priority is to achieve a good weight loss, ideally I think 75/80 kilos and subsequently to gain mass.

I thank you in advance for your advice and support! Avokx!!

More cardio, decreased cals (carbs mainly) and decrease rest time before sets. I only look good when I cut out carbs. If I’m bulking, then I try to eat 300g/500g carbs but I still do cardio for mental purposes.

OK so should I reduce the carbohydrates further and increase my cardio sessions? With a little carbohydrate and more cardio I risk feeling really sluggish, right?

It’s temporary but do it gradually where you feel right then ever wall you hit, you adjust accordingly. Don’t do it too fast.

You can start gradually decreasing you carb intake and slowly increase cardio. If you feel flat you can do a reload to spark metabolism then gradually decrease again. Slow and gradual is best to avoiding crashing or feeling flat. I recently went too low too fast, so now for a few weeks I went up a few pounds and decreased cardio. I plan on decreasing my caloric intake again to sharpen physique.

ok, I will try on 2 weeks. and phase out the carbs and see. ideal and to go down to less than 10 carbs at the end? or really 0 carb? I will try this in addition to adding cardio and I will give you feedback on the feelings and/or losses

All depends how your body responds. Some days you will need those 10 carbs to spark metabolism and receive energy but ideally, zero. You have to play with your chemistry. Good luck.

Any plant base carbs like broccoli etc?
What is your source of protein?
