+ 1 Appetite.
ad
I figured this would be a good forum subject to share tips on what to do when your appetite is not there and you have to get your meals down.
Me, I force it. Sometimes I switch it up. What has worked best for me also Is that I have around 20 different hot sauces on hand.
Any tips welcome. I could use more for sure because sometimes it’s hard to eat.

I never have problems with my appetite during my cycle.
The most effective way to suppress your leptin levels, and thus increase feelings of hunger, is to engage in regular strenuous muscular activity. Lifting weights has been proven to significantly reduce your leptin levels, along with intense cardiovascular exercise.

PropheticWookie200% of what works is 20-30 low-intensity cardio and the appetite immediately appears.
OGJuggernautNo bullshit? Really?
Wife is forcing cardio on me now. We shall see. Thanks for the tip.
Aurel7659To me, the first thing to understand is : why your appetite is down ?
Is it always the case no matter how much you eat ? => probably something is going wrong with your digestive system and you should probably see a doc
if it happens suddently, it may be because you've been eating in a caloric surplus for a while and your insuline sensitivity decreased. In that case, the worst thing to do is to force yourself to eat because you will not only worsen the problem but also getting fat and create inflammation aroud your belly. In that special case, I would advice to reduce your carbs intake by half for a week or so. Don't worry for your gains, it's on little step back for 3 big steps forward afterward ;)
Are you consuming oral steroids ? Some of them are particularly harmful for the liver, as a result you may experience acid reflux and loss of appetite => stop orals or choose less harmful ones
Finally, if everything is ok but you just struggle eating more, you can mix your meal to make them more digestible, consume a table spoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal, spyllium fiber, add some healthy fats to your meal to increase taste and calories.
Hope this helped
Funny. I work in a factory that bottles apple cider vinegar. And every other kind of food.I’m gonna grab a bottle tomorrow
Going for walk and getting fresh air is good way to feel hungy
Just add ketchup! Everything will go down.
I have a whole cabinet dedicated to seasonings, hot sauces, spices. Its not about forcing yourself to eat, the human brain will make you not hungry if you eat the same thing all the time, its science. Try eating a plain chicken breast at the same time every day for 5 days, I can guarantee you on the 6th day you take a bite your brain will instantly tell you youre not hungry anymore. Ever try to sit and eat more than 24 ounces of steak? If you fill a plate with vegetables, potatos or rice, and meat do you find it easy to eat it all? Now try filling the plate with the same amount of each item, but make it all one food. In other words the easiest way to train yourself to eat is to make it taste good. You can eat chicken or beef a thousand different ways, the same with vegetables and taters.
PropheticWookieI agree with you completely that you need to eat at the same time and of course what you eat should be delicious. So this is discipline and learning to cook - everything is simple in this world.
Agree Ghrp-6 is good as it produces grenlin and increases hunger also MK-677 some people like a wee smoke for hunger to lol
And then what happens is you become psychologically addicted to taking the drugs because now you convinced yourself you cant eat without it. If you have to take drugs to do a basic function in life it better be because you really cant without it and its prescribed, thats my opinion.
I have tried all that I mentioned but need none of them I always have a healthy appetite and get my calories in without much trouble. Now I know people who do struggle to get food in and using some of these compounds from time to time has helped them without becoming phycillogically addicted. But I appreciate your opinion everyone is individual.
not saying everyone would get addicted; sometimes you have to especially if youre competing, but thats where the fine line comes into play.
RustyhookerFlavoring is the best option to keep life exciting!
Ghrp-6 too if needed
RustyhookerEasy snack...tuna in water, squeeze water out....hot sauce it up then eat off whole wheat, wheat thins. I used the low salt ones.
Oh Man hot sauce on canned tuna? what in the actual fuck? DO you use ginger ale in your captain crunch?
I'm not into the whole Dr. Pepper and a can of tuna in the blender thing but sprinkling some hot sauce on some tuna is pretty good. I do it alot for a good slug of protein before bed without any carbs.
I never tried it, this coming from a guy who eats so much weird shit his wife questions if he is human. I'll give it a shot though.
Use a vinegar based sauce for tuna
I use Frank’s red hot in tuna.
I’m all about the hot sauce. I’m hot 46 different bittles
