I got my bloods before I started decided to take 300mg test e once week Im on week 7 and have started to experience spots my skin shoulders also red skin maybe acne shoulders and triceps abit not much/ just asking for some advice to counter this what I can do help jt etc etc haveing bloods done 2weeks going

I never get acne on 300mgs. When I try and push it to 500mgs, I get it really bad despite taking AI. That’s why despite my long history of using, I never pass 300 or 400 mgs, but I will suggest injecting more frequently though.
One question: do you use any of the AIs?
Also I recommend to wait for the bloods results and pay attention to E2 levels.

On 300mg a week Your estrogen can be anywhere from a little higher than normal to very high depending on how much you aromatize. So you need bloodwork to figure that out.
Body acne is one of the first side effects mentioned if you google side effects of steroids lol. You thought it wouldn’t happen? Some people are more prone to it than others.
Acne is caused by a few different things but inconsistent hormone levels are a big one. Your dosing protocol is about as bad as it gets in that regard. It’s just inviting acne and all kinds of other sides. Test Es half life is 4.5 days, you’re injecting every 7 so you’re causing a huge spike in test levels, then they’re decreasing for days until you spike them again. You want to keep them even and as consistent as possible with minimal peaks and troughs. You do this with smaller more frequent injections. Everyday is best, EOD is 2nd best etc.
In addition to increasing your dosing frequency, shower often, get a good skin cleanser to use in the shower and something to exfoliate and scrub. Maybe some OtC acne treatment to put on after you shower.
Estrogen will affect this as well. Get your bloods done now, not in 2 weeks so you can see where you’d estrogen is at. You’re more than deep enough into the cycle to get blood work. You may also either be converting a lot to DHT, or just really sensitive to DHT.
Im going to start doing twice week 0.5ml x2 300mg test weekly would u run provivan with test I’ve had mixed messages to use or not my 1st course 5.10 82kg 26 age

being that you’re dealing with acne already I’d avoid proviron. It’s a DHT derivative and will make your acne worse. I ran Provi for years and always had some breakouts while on. Hadn’t ran it in years and I added a small dose of it to my TRT protocol and I’m breaking out worse than I have in years. All over. And I’m down to 12.5mg a day of Provi. Felt signs of low E at 25mg a day so I lowered it. My test does is 150mg a week. But I’m dropping it to tomorrow. Gonna be hard to explain away all this sudden acne at the pool lol.
You could add a low dose adex or aromasin now but you’d be doing it blind. You need bloodwork to see where you’re at and gauge how much AI to use..

Absolutely. Or 3, MWF. Or EOD. Or the best of all, daily. Which is a complete pain in the ass, literally lol. But it is ideal. Smaller more frequent doses gives you the absolute most stable blood levels. Acne and many other side effects are caused atleast in large part due to spikes and troughs in hormone levels, so eliminating that will reduce if not eliminate many of the negative side effects.

Don't overthink it man. Changes in your hormone levels usually comes with a little body changes. In my own experience more showers the better
