Seeking Bloodwork / Cycle Advice Brahs
[Bloodwork is attached; taken at 7 weeks.]
Current Cycle (8 weeks into a 24-week cycle):
350mg Testosterone Cypionate per week — Daily subcutaneous micro-administrations (shout-out to Vigorous Steve)
5mg Cialis, daily
3.125mg Aromasin every 2-3 days
My Stats:
200lbs, 13-15% body fat
Clean diet and solid supplement stack
Lifting hard 5-6 days per week
I'm wondering why my total testosterone is lower than expected, considering the dose I'm using.
(I've heard the anabolic effects of the testosterone pathway don't truly occur until you hit ~1400 ng/dL)
Is it because of high estrogen conversion? High DHT conversion? Something else? My free testosterone seems to be fantastic.
I'm not exactly sure what's going on with my thyroid, either.
What do you guys think I should do? Should I raise the dose to 500mg? Take more Aromasin? Do something else?
Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you all!

UPDATE:
Increased testosterone dose to 402.5mg/week
Increased Aromasin dose 3.125mg daily
I will most likely run 20mg Anavar per day (sublingually) for the last 8 weeks of the cycle.
I don't really know what to do in the "bridging" period between bulking and cutting. Perhaps go straight to a cut with only a lower dose of Test?
Still unsure about my thyroid and why my total testosterone is lower than expected.
As always, any help is greatly appreciated!
Get that estro back towards 52. Test is probably underdosed imo.
Does seem a little low for 350/wk, but we all metabolize differently. Keep in mind while running ED injections your peak won’t be very high and your trough won’t be very low like it relatively would be with something like 2x injections. Much more stable serum concentration. The area under the curve would be the same though.
Is the test cyp from a source on here?
Ed injections will never trough. This new made up lingo is silly.

Yes they will. This isn’t an “opinion” of mine and you can’t argue against math. Just because the wavelength and amplitude of the dose curve shortens doesn’t mean it all of a sudden negates there not being a trough. His illustrations literally show peaks and troughs.
You’re confusing area under the curve with the actual curve itself.
Should in reality have no trough with ed injects cyp is taken up 30% by the ester tho so he is getting a little less right I feel like he could bump at least 30-50 more
Mg but his estro high I recommend asin daily bro it only
Got like 30hr half life you don’t wanna have fluctuations I switch too daily asin and holy shit night and day difference I was getting all sorts of mood swings and being a dick at
Work doing eod with it just my experience.
No matter how often you inject you’ll have a peak and a trough. It’s inherent to the mechanism of the drugs in our body. Otherwise you’d just get linear increase in total T in perpetuity as you inject more each day. But yea I’ll agree that the amplitude decreases so much that it makes the peak/trough near negligible, since they’d almost be the same. Could be like 1050 ng/dl trough and 1180 ng/dl peak. Which I guess could be argued as statistically insignificant difference. But then you could say it’s always trough no peak (instead of always peak no trough) since now both numbers are essentially the same mathematically speaking.
Sorry I went down a rabbit hole there.
All good brother ed injects have always been my go too I like consistency in my day it’s more
Money in the long run but I’ll always felt better doing it everyday we eat everyday and sleep everyday I feel like the ed inject have always kept me more stable could be just a habit thing as well lol.
We’re the same there. I need my routine. I’m less likely to forget something if I gotta do it every day.
Yeah i was gonna say ... wouldn't the ed sub q injections make his total lower. But it would make free test higher?
Why do u think his t3 and t4 are like that?
With no other compounds added, I have no clue. If he was taking HGH or any peptides to naturally increase his own GH production, I’d say that.
Regarding total/free no it shouldn’t. More frequent injects is supposed to help raise SHBG. So free wouldn’t be unusually higher. That’s another reason I run ED shots. I have notoriously low SHBG. HCG is supposedly supposed to help raise it too.
AestheticGroyperThanks for the reassurance man, I'm hoping that's the case haha. Yeah, it's from the #2 Canadian source on here.
I could tell u something about your training. That's my specialty. Lol. Why working out 5 or 6 days a week? You trying to gain muscle or lose fat? Either way I'm unsure of your development, based off your cycle though you seem beginner maybe intermediate territory. Your probably most Def overtraining. I do 4 days week tops bulking even 3 days. At some points.
You’re waaaaay stronger though. You can cause much more damage to your muscles lifting the kind of weight you do with the amount of muscle tissue you have. So you would need the longer recovery. I lift 6 days a week and do cardio every day in the morning. Mostly because I’m a “busy body” according to my wife and I always need to be doing something or I go crazy
I agree with that also. About the strength doing more damage. I do think in the begining though less days is better than u get to a point u can't generate so much force but you are able to recover better cuz your body getting used to it then after so long u get so strong the days of actually benefit you more. Dorian years actually said that to once u are so strong and can generate so much force and the mind muscle connection so strong u don't need a much sets to damage and it'll end up doing the opposite.
This discussion is interesting to me because I just switched to a five day split from doing three or four days a week since I started lifting. I feel like I’ve seen a lot of growth in some muscles (back and legs and to a lesser degree shoulders) than others (chest and arms). I’m experimenting to see if higher frequency will get me more growth, my arms and chest have always been the weakest parts of my body in terms of lifting and I always burn out before I can really get a strong stimulus. Like my back takes three or four days to recover but I can do chest and then feel good to do it again the next day or the day after. Do you think this is a solid strategy? I’m planning to test it for six or eight weeks and then if it’s not getting results I was going to switch to a dorian yates style , high intensity routine.
Exactly i was gonna say the bigger the muscle the longer to recover. When i was at my late 20s, up to 31, i wanted to compete. So my legs were rediculous. 36 inches around. Anyway id squat at lest 405 everytime i did legs. I ended up working up to do much volume i was getting so drained every week, i couldn't figure it out but i knew my legs always felt like they were draining me. So i decided tob try every other week on legs. One week dead lift ham strings one week squat high volume while leg. So my legs actual got up to 38 around and stared looking more defined cuz they weren't always donated and inflamed all the time. But biceps i could do 3 times a week if my brachialis and tendons allowed for it.
Another thing is like we were saying you could split the volume up over the week. And do a dog crap approach. Where your doing a Lil bit of everything everyday. I've done that and it was alright to. I honestly don't think there's no wrong way as long as your letting your muscles heal and damaging them with enough intensity your good. Some people just can't generate that intensity.
So to say i do one body part a week blah blah blah. That's doing shit u read probably. Knowing your body and how often u can hit something that's training. I don't exercise i train. Diff. I could go 3 days a week. Hit the big muscle groups once a week an still hit the muscles that recover fast 3 times.
Cuz i rarely just do chest. Unless I'm in a hurry. And i always do 3 super sets of pull ups and dip at the end of every workout.
Bro, thanks so much for the detailed reply. What you’re talking about here is exactly the kind of mindset I’ve been trying to get into, especially the part about exercising vs training. I do like having some kind of a routine that I’m following but I’ve been experimenting with all kinds of shit over the past few months, I even did a block where I was only doing twice a week, full body, every lift to failure and still made okay gains. The biggest thing I’ve learned is that if I don’t feel recovered, just walk away and change up the plan for that day or week. I trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t so I can be more adaptable with my training, not just “do x sets of y reps with z weigh” and that’s it.
Agreed. It’s crazy how the body can adjust. When I got to 300+ I’d be crazy sore. 400+ I was no were near as sore. If anything I was slightly sore. I feel like it’s the CNS that needs to recover. I made all my progress off 3-4 days a week. I can’t imagine working out 6days a week.
Strength based training and Powerlifting becomes more and more about CNS & tendon recovery the stronger you get, problem is that the older we get the worse CNS recovery becomes and the collagen in tendons disappears and dries up. I take so much longer now at 44 than I did at 37 - Its a right fucker!! Its like my chest and everything else is ready to go on Bench, but my nervous system is still fucked from Deadlifts 2 or 3 days ago. So if your CNS is only firing at say 75 or 80% efficiency then you simply can't lift heavy. I know they say you need to increase frequency and lower the weight, but I find that kind of training boring and it never seems to transition to lifting the weights that you Buzz off for me!! Lol This is why you have guys like John Haack who are Fuckin indestructible in their backs and CNS and smash heavy shit all week and it doesn't bother them - Hence end up being the Strongest in the World.
Some people are freaks and he is def one of them. I’ve recently lowered the weight to increase frequency. This will be my second month doing it and it’s not satisfying. I feel good after workouts but i don’t feel like a beast lol to top it off im down 15lbs so lifts are down 30lbs+. I should be happy that im losing weight. Body comp is way better than before but this voice in the back of my head keeps talking shit about how weak I’ve become. The faster I get to 220lbs the better bc this shit sucks lmao.
This is where I reckon that if you are into Bodybuilding then you have a bit of an easier time with coming off cycle and running harsh shit, you can still get the volume in and look good and keep some good size with other naughty bits other than steroids as such. With Powerlifting once you come off cycle or get injured etc then that constant nagging voice is in the back of your mind telling you how much weaker you have become - sure others don't see it as such BUT the fact is YOU know it. One of the few things that Justin Timberlake was right on was 'You are only as strong as your last weight LOL
Justin Timberlake said that? The singer Justin Timberlake
YES!!!! LMFAO I read it in an interview with him years back when he was famous as he use to train a lot
