Hello Sheldon, to reach your goals and stay safe, I recommend scheduling a consultation with a professional

I dont want to sound mean but at 27% bodyfat and benching 65kg, you are no where close to being ready to start a cycle. You can lower that bodyfat and increase that bench naturally at 25 years old.

Its great that you have listed what you can lift, but if your barbell bench is truly 65kg and you weigh 111kg at 25 years old, then I would say you are not training anywhere near correctly, as something is massively off here. Thats a low leg press also for someone of your size even if you are overweight. I think the reality if we are honest here, is you have been training for 2 months and not 2 years - you have got frustrated looking around the gym seeing what the other smaller guys are lifting and you are wanting to jump on steroids to play catch up.

Hello :-)
My advice :

1) Full blood work
2) Talk about your plan diet before cycle
3) Some people have low test from bad hygiene of life, so good diet + good sleeping + good training are surely what do you need for your goal.

AAS are not magic you need to build the cake before but it's just my opinion.

All the best to you --

You came off a dirty bulk and have 2 years straight lifting weights and training , you weigh 115kg so around 18 stones / 250lbs but you only bench 65kg I’m hoping you mean dumbbell press ?
Looking at that cycle you have zero clue what you’re doing. You should spend some time reading and learning especially about diet , steroid cycles and pct before you start injecting your self with powerful hormones that will in your case right now … do more harm than good

Scrap it. Get the body weight down, 18% or below, then get bloodwork done and hit us up again. There’s plenty of guys here willing to help, but you’re not ready yet. You will be though, get on it!

My brother, I’m not sure where you pulled that cycle from but it’s no good. First. I’d recommend diet and exercise before going anywhere near gear. The higher the body fat percentage the more estrogenic side effects you’ll encounter. Secondly, for a beginner your first one or two cycles are gonna be test only. Thirdly, an AI is not optional. Have that on hand before you start any cycle period.

I’m sure I’m echoing literally everyone else. Just want you to be safe is all. Best of luck.

He needs to hear it.

Less than 150lb bench and is looking to start gear (nowhere near natural peak)

Female levels of BF (asking for estrogen problems and sides)

Ridiculous uneducated cycle

No baseline bloods @ 25…

So much more. Listen to everyone here OP. Get your diet and workouts down and revisit in 5-10 years or so

If ChatGPT were to put a cycle together, this is what I imagine it would say.

It blows my mind when people, especially guys new to it, start adding things like bronchodilators. Pure insanity, just start throwing drugs at everything. Weird drugs.

We’re all going to get there, there’s absolutely no need to rush it lol

Oh man so fucking agreed.

If I could go back to 17-27 year old me I would’ve broken my fucking nose and taken teeth so many fucking times….

All we can do is become the best version of ourselves and live happily/healthily.

I agree with some of the others. Focus on diet and getting bodyfat down a bit. Although honestly basing anything on BMI is a horrible way to go. We are all obese fat walruses if you go by BMI. BMI needs to go away. I think even the person that created it says its used incorrectly and sorry he created it.

Aside from Diet and getting a better idea of your bodyfat I agree with others. Stick with just Testosterone. Cyp or Enath. Get bloodwork done before, middle, after.

I would recommend a test only cycle 250-300mg and see how you feel and go from there.

Am i reading right? First 4 weeks are anavar only and no testosterone? And PCT the following week after last shot? Both are no no for starts

Thanks for being straight to the point. When I mentioned "dirty bulk," I was more referring to just making sure I'm getting enough protein. I agree my body fat is a bit high, and it was calculated based on a BMI calculator, so I know it's a rough estimate. I do have some excess fat, though, and I'm considering how to approach this.

To clarify, would you recommend getting down to around 12% body fat, like the other comment says, before considering steroids? I was under the impression that steroids could really accelerate muscle growth, so I thought that even while losing fat, using them might help maintain or build muscle faster than going natural. I understand fat loss will take time, and there's always the risk of muscle loss, so perhaps I should focus on losing fat first, then use steroids to help with building the muscle back once I reach a lower body fat level. What do you think?

If this is your first cycle then keep it simple. Start with a moderate dosed test cycle. Example Test C 12-16 weeks 1cc twice a week Monday and Thursday. Finish with a full pct to recover. Also keep a pharma grade estrogen block just in case.

Thanks for the response. So i'd be alright to do a test cycle? Would my weight be as much of an issue as the other commenter has said? Thanks

Body fat plays a big issue and so does diet while on cycle. Dirty bulk is more for high metabolisms that do not worry about macros, they are just cramming calorie goals. Wld not recommend this for u. Lean on healthier diet to get fat trimmed down slowly, gym to get those muscles ready for the abuse they will be taking once on gear, and use this time to research. It all boils down to being successful when u jump over to the dark side. Diet and gym shld be second nature at that point.

Bro yes. Body fat contains aromatase which coverts test to estrogen. By you having more body fat, you’re going to increase the amount of estrogen in your body leading to gyno, water retention, ect. All for minimal gains.

I recommend staying away from AAS and maybe look into some peptides if anything.

Get bodyfat to 12% with food and cardio. Do your own research reading forums in the beginner cycles. Dropdowns...forums.....pct too.
