Good cycle recommendations for strength/ wrestling

Looking for a good cycle or compounds that help in terms of strength but also wrestling/ grappling so cardio doesn’t crash.

Test EQ would be a good cycle but you’d have to run it for some time to have the real EQ effect. Also need to watch RBC count and BP.

Another great choice would be the oral Cardarine. Its known as a sarm but it really isnt. Endurance drastically increases with this compound but you need to cycle it. I feel the cardiovascular effects within 30-60min of taking it

Idk I notice the endurance effects of EQ within the first 2 weeks. Gains come much later indeed.

To OP, really need to hear more about where you’re at, what you want to achieve from this cycle etc. I’ve got a Judo and BJJ background so can certainly tell you what worked well and what didn’t work well when I was still competing. One thing I would definitely avoid would be anavar, purely due to to cramps. Last thing you need is having to release a choke because you’ve got major hamstring cramp.

Test with anavar will do the trick, and with almost no sides!!

Anavar is terrible choice as the cramps would not be tolerated at all while rolling on the mat. Test/GH would be optimal for this, possibly some EQ as well, as it'd help tremendously with stamina, but doesn't hurt to keep it simple Test/GH and bypass the incredibly high RBC count EQ is notorious for.

Cramps is a bit of an issue but there managble with supplementing some taurine.. I suggest var because it's very good for strength especially if ones not in a defficit and to easy on the sides! I agree that eq is top for stamina but no so for strength, at least not for me!

Test and EQ is your best bet. EQ is amazing for stamina and strength. Since you've done 500mg test twice i'd add 300mg EQ to that. Don't go straight for the high dose EQ, dont fall for that EQ has to be dosed high bullshit. For your goals 300mg is plenty.

2 cycles, first was 500mg test for 12 weeks with 6 weeks of 25mg Dbol ED. 2nd cycle 500 mg of test only for 16 weeks
