First Cycle That Includes AAS
Curious what you guys think. Might take out the IGF-1 and save it for a bulk. I’ve used all this stuff before besides the test and tirz. I have never combined the other compounds like this but I figure low dose and high variety is better. Looking to cut about 15% of my body weight and am like 22-25% BF.
Used to be lean but it is a long story; forced 5 year hiatus intil December ‘23. Got hit by a car in May and am almost recovered from a broken knee. I’d start this cycle when my accutane cycle is almost complete, my organ detox programs with fruit:veggie juices and supplements, and a number of other things. I will try to include my “prepping” checklist before I take that first pin of test and start this AAS journey. It’s been a long time coming.

Injecting a test ester so frequently at tiny ass doses leads me believe that someone on Reddit helped this along.
I’m finding this way too complicated , I like the idea of running test ester like e every three days and cyp twice a week, not complicated at all
Keeping estrogen in check with adex .. that’s the best cycle right there. If your body fat is this high it can still be managed but it’s harder and you’ll feel bloated most of the time,
Just cut calories and moderate test for 20 weeks seems like a better option than this crazy ass compound, those are SARMs? Expensive and not really worth it in my opinion, scrap this idea and build something simple for 16-20 weeks LoL
anvilIs this gonna be sent in for college credit?
No, and no and no.
All this stuff and a glp1 to reduce appetite?
You should hold off , the body fat is close to obese levels. I would at least get to a reasonable level my guy otherwise you asking for BP, estro issues on top of everything else.
Next.. if you gonna use aas drop the sarms. They are like the minor leagues of steroids .
Personal experience with AOD, it doesn't work at suggested dosage.
The main reason I figured running frequent injections is because I’d already be using SR-9009 as an injectable oil solution. It calls for at least 2 pins a day, might as well have super smooth test pulses. I suppose twice a day for test E is excessive but again the SR is in there so it makes some sense. SR doesn’t affect androgen receptors, it’s more of a metabolic modulator if anything.
But yes. All this stuff and a GLP-1 to reduce appetite. Besides the test, everything is fairly aligned with the goal of weight loss. I figured the test would help with muscle retention, but again I do recognize it could cause some BP and aromatization issues. I might run the full stack BESIDES the test, and start blasting and cruising once I’m much leaner.
What would you suggest for AOD dosages? I read up on it and got that verdict for the dosing, at least with what I was looking at. I figured lower dosages of multiple compounds intended for the same goal would make a lot more sense if I had the full spectrum of compounds on hand.
Let me know, I am more than open to suggestions but I wanted to have a fair refute to ensure my own inclinations can be fully disproven etc.
anvilAod I took at suggested dose of 300mcg per day.
Your an experienced guy who has been shredded before you'll get there again.
You'll need all the nutrients you can get to grow muscle , like 5% bf should just melt off with daily fasted cardio.
Good luck please keep a log so you can share what you have accomplished on this stack.
25mg a day injecting 2 times a day?! Why?! And why!? How you going to remember to do all that other stuff 2-3 times a day? You'll have to carry pills and needles on your person and everywhere you go. Like Press said, just keep it simple, especially first cycle
Christ buddy - You'd give an Aspirin a headache with this cycle, keep it simple matey 250mg Test E on a Monday and a Thursday for 14 to 16 weeks.
I would prefer to see you get this Blood Clot sorted out before anything steroid related starts commencing.
As eager as I may be, you have a very fair point on the blood clot situation. I have that sense of impatience, but when push gets to shove, I will probably get cold feet about starting AAS and spiking RBC until the clot is confirmed as being dissolved.
I responded to @anvil several minutes ago, a portion of what I wrote may at least explain the reasoning for the frequent test pins. SR is somewhat important to dose frequently because it gets eliminated pretty quick.
You’re overthinking this
I can respect that, it’s an obvious flaw of mine, but then again, it does make me feel a sense of doing my due diligence. At least for the list, less so with the cycle layout which I have a new understanding of, namely, the fact that it’s excessive on dosage frequency. When considering the full variety of compounds I’d be dosing something or other fairly constantly, which I’m sure would end up getting old within about a week or two.
Remember I said this… it’s not the drugs. It’s proper training, proper rest, proper nutrition and HAVING HEART.
Many many times…. I’ve seen the dudes with the slickest, fanciest, most intricate, complicated cycle designs…. run them and have the shittiest results.
It’s not because that cycle couldn’t work, although it’s never fucking necessary, it’s because they put too much stock in the drugs. They put too much stock in the least important aspect of this life as far as obtaining results goes
The clearest indicator of this is always when they present what they think in their head is some complex masterpiece and speak little to none about training and nutrition
No disrespect, I’m just giving you my opinion based on what I’ve personally scene and experienced
There's alot of things seemingly in your way there bud. I've heard those Kratom withdrawals are something serious. Take it easy and keep it simple.. I believe you can get to your goal BF% with diet and excercise
I’ve hopped on and off kratom every other year for the past decade or so, I’m 28. It’s rough the first couple days but isn’t too bad.
I do agree though. Plenty in my way for now, that’s why I am going to be waiting a bit before I have all my ducks in a row : D
I mostly just wanted opinions on the cycle design, and the requirements of preparation in setting for myself are hopefully a testament to what I know and how long I’ve been in the game as a natty studying what would be required to safely and cosmetically run AAS cycles
Well I'm going to tell you my opinion. That cycle is too damn much. Bro keep it simple. 20mg Cialis everyday is too much in my opinion. You've got way too much going here. You don't need tirzepatide. you need to find your work ethic, lock in your diet, and hit the gym buddy. That cycle right there will save you money, and get you the results your wanting. I guarantee it and headaches of having to track all the shit you got going. Edit- cycle being work ethic, diet, lifting.
Natty at 23, going on 29 now. Brutal shit, just been through a lot.
Mate if you got to that first pic at 23 without steroids then imo you don’t need advice on how to train or eat. Car crash or otherwise you know what to do and perhaps steroids (for now) aren’t the answer. Mentally you need to find the place you were at before this life changing event happened. Don’t overthink, go to the gym and don’t put too much pressure on yourself to achieve a quick fix. You know you can do it because you already have. Time to hop on gear would be when you’re maxed out on lifts and have diet, training and physique at a peak (like when you were 23). I didn’t start taking gear until I was 43 and don’t wish I started sooner because by now my liver would likely be burnt BBQ! BTW what the fuck were you doing to get in that shape at 23 natty?! Ridiculous shape.
I appreciate the encouragement too. I really wanted to acknowledge that it is hard to come by because no one I know irl anymore really knows about my past progress and results.
I have been (essentially) out of the gym and off the grind for 5 years.
I have lost that sense of assurance that “I did that”, it feels separate from my identity. You would be surprised about how your word’s weight in helping me look at things more objectively and with some confidence, even patience.
Well he says hes natty but ran all these compounds previously besides testosterone and tirzepatide.
I was on IGF-1 at my peak, cialis, modafinil, kratom. That was basically my shredding stack back in those days, I started SR-9009 and AOD-9604 since getting back into things. No more modafinil. It shreds your fat but makes me crazy over time
Honestly mate I have no idea what all those things are, looks like the back of a cereal packet. You clearly can gain muscle. Don’t worry about losing fat, keep lifting and stay away from drugs for a while. Hop on test when you’re ready and go from there.
When you mention not worrying about the fat, I mean, I do agree to the point that I’m losing fat and recouping fairly well, in regards to pace/speed of results.
I could likely have a smoother weight loss even if it takes an extra month or two to get as lean as I’d hope. It is what it is, but then again, I will aim to go for a more conservative and gradual approach. I would imagine my bloods would look better across the board with your philosophy on losing the weight more naturally.
Your not lifting at all currently right?
Stopped from 2019-2023 for the most part. Small recomp in 2020. But basically I’ve been lifting an hour a day since March. Took May off because I was in the hospital though
An hour isnt much time although alot of guys say they can do all they need in that or less. I'm taking 3-4 minute rests. Something is not right if that pic on the bottom is recent if you've been in the gym 5 months. Your diet is not good
My diet isn’t extremely well calculated. On top of that, honestly, I have not had transportation and have been confined to push ups, sit ups, shoulder raises, standing upper pec flies, some arm work.
I could definitely be making better progress if I were utilizing a gym. As I’m writing this, I can’t help but feel dumb for not putting in 5 months in a truly structured and balanced program. But the diet needs work too. So I’m unprepared on a few fronts that I have been in denial about.
Definitely got a lot going on upstairs, I came here for a voice of reason and an unbiased perspective. So I do appreciate what I’m facing currently. I gotta step up.
Genetically I feel capable enough to make progress, it is the discipline that I must rekindle from older days
Top / before pic is 5 years old, I was on forced injectable antipsychotics for 5 years, gained 50 lb. Lost 20 lb so far.
