+ 1 Bloodwork help

ad

I don't reach out often, especially when I know I have to be accountable for my own foolish behavior. I have been using AAS and other such compounds for about 2 years now. I haven't done any blood work at all despite knowing that it's very important. Now that I have put that out there, hee goes......
I would like some help and advice from other experienced users on here in order to get this right. Any and all advice is appreciated. I am on the eastern coast of the U.S. just to add context.
1. What's the most important labs to get checked?
2. I'm fairly frugal in my spending, for the most part, so I would like to find an affordable place to get these done.
3. How often should I get them done?
4. During what part of my use is best ...... before, during and/or after cycles?
5. Any and all affordable ways to interpret labs?
6. Lastly, is there anything concerning my blood work that I haven't asked that I should be?

Thanks in advance for anybody who has insights they would like to share. I can take criticism, so feel free to be as blunt as you feel necessary.

Noted. And thank you!

Have you used Rythm health? I live in a smaller town so don’t have access to the main testing like good labs. So looking at another option. Having to pay $300 a lab test here since it’s the only place that will see me without a doctors referral

It's good you finally came around, and are going to finally get your blood work done. This is a must when running gear. Hopefully all your numbers come back good. I use Good Labs, and its by far the cheapest, I'm also on the east coast, I've tried others and are typically double the price. Good Labs works with Quest, and that is where they will send you for the blood collection. You should get blood work done before cycle, and every few months when in a cycle, and should also get blood work done when in you health phase / cruise. This way you can get you markers back in check.

This is typically what I get done when I go to get my blood work done.

Gamma Glutamyl Transferase (GGT)
Cystatin C
Prolactin
CBC (includes Differential and Platelets)
FSH and LH
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Lipid Panel
Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable and Total, MS
SHBG
Igf-1, LC/MS
Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS

So there are a few places but when it comes to blood work and using gear you should do labs before you start to get a baseline, half way though a cycle to see how you are doing and then after you stop test again to see if things are going back to normal.

There are few places you can order one of the cheaper ones is though https://marekdiagnostics.com
Another one is good labshttps://goodlabs.com/tests?srsltid=AfmBOopoty3k0mpQlDScsiwMv9Hd2BeRuV58H...
Also there is privatemdlabs.com you can get discount codes through them sometimes.

Your labs that you should order are, CMP, CBCAD, TSH, Cystatin C, Testosterone free and total, Estrogen ultra sensitive, Lipid Panel and depending how those results are you may need to get some other ones.

I read through your comment right after I read @Khandum 's post. You guys both seem to share the same insight and that makes it twice as valuable to me. I'm going check goodlabs out. Once I get an opportunity to select which panels I'll resort back to what you guys told me. Thanks a lot for your help my man @Aggieguy ! It means a lot to me.
