kupovinasuplemenata2Overexpressing growth hormone by 100 to 1,000-fold in mice causes a 50% shorter lifespan.
Why do they wonder they reduced life expectancy?
Too much of anything can kill you! 3-5IU and cycling dosages from high to low to no GH will not shorten anyone's life expectancy. There are a lot more things that we are exposed to for which we should care. GH is last on that list
And yes in study they say data is inconclusive
Interesting but if I heard correctly, the doses they were giving the mice and worms were massive. And near the end during her recap (minute 4:40 in the video) I had to chuckle while she was saying
"More GH & IGF-1 enhances muscle and cognitive performance. Less of it increases longevity"
The words that appeared to her side added "(generally)" to the end of the comment.
So what does that mean? inconclusive?
Interesting...although it is pretty vague in its details. Any human studies? How long and what dosages were the mice or test subjects taking? This honestly is the first I've read of shortened life spans due to GH or IGF-1 use. I have heard of the enlarge organ issues but this is new...
