I always just use a regular 25g needle and remove it from the barrel so it's just the needle, stick it in the hgh vial with your thumb on top and you should feel a vacuum on your thumb remove your finger then inject the bac water

Fix the pressure inside the vial before putting any bac water in. Load some air in the syringe and inject it in the vial. If the whole 1mL of air goes in and the plunger does not move back up. Repeat the procedure. When you inject too much air into the vial, the plunger will go back up again to fill the syringe with some air from the syringe, it will stop moving when the pressure is leveled out. Now go ahead and mix with bac water.

You have to keep your thumb on the side of the plunger, hold it back so that it cannot blast in. Then let it in slowly. Also angle the needle into the little slot so you shoot the water off the glass.
