Knee pain
ad
Started running hgh about 2 months ago feeling really good sleep has improved greatly but I did have some side effects swollen hands water retention I did start high at 4ius, swelling went away and I ramped up my dose pretty good. I was told to run as much as you can afford sitting at 8ius now no swollen hands or water retention but my knees are killing me, I can walk fine but walking up any stairs or trying to squat just feels like dry aching that won’t go away, I look like an old man trying to walk up and down stairs. Has anyone experienced this?

Classic GH. Higher doses drive fluid into joints, causing knee/wrist pain and carpal-tunnel-type symptoms. It’s pressure, not damage (if caught early). Lowering the dose, splitting injections, and fixing hydration/electrolytes usually resolves it. Labs help dial it in.
Any specific reason you’re running it that high?
Most people usually stick to 2–4, maybe even 6iu.
GH can be an indirect contributor to knee pain by causing increased muscle mass/weight (so I’ve read this, not sure on validity).
From everything I’ve read people don’t see any of the fat loss or recovery benefits unless they’re running 6+ ius , plus all of the gh I have is generic and assuming under dosed. My weight has stayed the same actually losing quite a bit of fat.
The one thing i did notice on 3/4ius of generic afyer 3 months was fat loss in my midsection and my ability to eat whatever I want and not put on fat. Everyone responds differently tho, right?
With all the available lab tests... I think theres alot of properly dosed generic around these days.
This use to be the case... 10 years ago everyone would say to avoid generic. These days there are so many reputable sources, if it is under doses, its not by that much.
2iu is health benefits (anti-aging)
3-4 is fat loss
5+ is performance (all the above plus better muscle grow)
That is how I’ve usually seen the dosing broken down.
