Hgh & IGF1 LR3

ad

From what I've seen and read about hgh it takes at least 6 months of use for it to have a noticeable impact. My question is should you have at least 6 months in before adding IGF? Or would igf start building new muscle cells right away and hgh would catch up?

As for when I noticed hgh impact... When i started hgh I noticed lessened neuropathy (pins & needles) and better sleep in less than 2 weeks of 4iu 5x per week. At about 6 weeks, significant fat loss from where my fat deposits (love handles). My violent leg spasms from spinal injury are pretty much gone after 2 months of use. Other noticeable things is face looks smoother and hands feel larger but I don't know when that happened. My jaw pumps are still insane after eating too so my face seems extremely bloated at times but only after I eat. That started within the first week.

I started IGF 8 months after. I regret that I did not start at same time as hgh as I am still using hgh mostly as a recovery aid from an injury.

There’s some clarification needed here I think. HGH has many effects, the most significant taking some time to achieve. That being said, there are also fairly immediate effects. Also, IGF is produced either chemically or recombinantly (Increlex, Insobolic, etc.) the latter being vastly superior. They work very well together, as Mak says; 1 + 1 = 3 here. It’s worth noting that rIGF1 is quite a bit more $$ than the chemically produced peptide, but again, it is far superior to ifg1-lr3

I wouldn't necessarily say 6 months for HGH but the longer you use it the better. You can add in the IGF anytime. I would hop on the IGF train right away.
