HGH and when to eat

ad

I'm looking for a more informative discussion about injecting gh and when to eat. i.e. What can/should you eat before/after an injection and/or how long to wait pre/post injection to eat.

i have a Dr saying taking it before bed is best now...
so many options
so
1. First thing in AM
2. right after you workout?
3. right before bed

has anyone experimented and found taking at night vs morning make a difference etc?

...and 45 mins later > 6.8 nmol

Just for interest's sake: I just had 4iu then five minutes later ate 2 eggs with 2 pieces of rye + spinach, mushrooms and salmon with cappuccino then 15 minutes later took a blood glucose reading > 6.4 nmol. As I said, your blood sugar response to GH is dependent upon your insulin sensitivity.

45 after injection.it won't blunt GH pulse.

depends on your insulin sensitivity I think. I literally don't eat sugar or simple carbs or any carbs that convert to glucose quickly like white potato etc so I'm highly sensitive to insulin. I can take 5iu and eat a big meal with no trouble. I also don't get any sides whatsoever at 10iu a day.

ok i heard first thing when you wake up-- but if you're like me - you wake up-- have some light food or pre-workout drink then lift
or
I heard after you workout -- but after workout your supposed to take a post workout shakes with simple carbs (like sugar) and protein)

so without being a smart a$$ like half the guys... does anyone know a real answer -- anyone who has experience and not just what they read (bc everyone has an opinion) -- like the person who started this thread.. i'm just looking for an edge on the best time -- based off Personal Experience

thanks guys!

Yes first thing in morning is good. Your natty gh release is low in the morning as you have gh pulses at night.

I've only heard not to eat for an hour after injecting.

Yes, I see you linked directly back to the forum where I asked the question.

Dude, you're a clown. I've been through the whole forum. There isn't anything that definitively answers my question. It doesn't seem like there is any consensus on whether eating before or after injecting and what kinds of food are best.

" The reason you need to avoid these two habits is that they can't ultimately stop the natural production of HGH in your body, which will in turn have you taking steps backwards. " I'm confused, this seems to lean toward your natural production but what if its GH made in a lab not by your pituitary gland, Do all of those habits still affect seeing as the gh is in your blood and you're trying to produce it?

Just from my opinion. I honestly don't think it matters. I been doing hgh for over 2 years. Norditropin pen from a pharmacy in the us. So i know it's real if anyone questions it. But anyway I have lived by don't eat for the hour before rule for my first year. Then I said screw it let's see for myself what happens and the answer is nothing. I shoot now right after my workout after taking a post workout shake with carbs. I have not noticed any negative effects then when I took it before bed without eating. I actually do both sometimes. I have a glucose meter too I have checked it after doing the shots and never been in the danger zone. Now this is only my personal experience it might be different for the next person.

I think because you're taking pharma it wouldn't. I've been told that pharma bonds better while the Chinese stuff is very volatile and degrades faster. Basically 1iu of pharma is more effective then 10iu generic, same person said that real GH isn't ever cheap and that I was wasting my money.
