Help a dummy out with HGH sides

ad

Okay so I did a bunch of growth previously and over did the dose (5iu) and started having crazy hand/wrist/arm pain while trying to sleep and had to straight up quit, lower dose wasn't helping. It took weeks to go away.
I started up again recently and tapered up to 2.5iu and I'm starting to suffer the same hand/wrist pain, almost entirely in my right hand, it was primarily that side before as well.
Im taking lots of Taurine, 600mg magnesium and ALA to help with sides.
What am I missing or doing wrong?
And if I cant even handle 2iu is it even worth taking?
Thanks for any input, much love.

Start small.
Take one dose prior to bed.
This usually mitigates most sides.
Give it a minute & titrate up slowly keeping the same one dose prior to bed protocol.

Have you considered maybe trying a different brand GH. Some GH brand has less fluid or water retention which may help in your case. Its the fluid retention and tissue swelling, compressing the nerve in your wrist/fingers.

Thats hard to swallow with a decent stash of what I have remaining, and the stuff in my freezer was by far the best deal I could find in canada!
But might have to...

Get some of these and take a couple throughout the day and see how it treats you. Don’t split the dose like people suggest, one way ticket to insulin resistance and eventually diabetes. If splitting the dose was ideal then Pfizer would recommend that. Their pamphlet says single bolus dose at night regardless how many IUs is optimal. GH peaks around 4 hours after pinning, so if you pin in the morning and then are eating 2+ hours later (thinking it’s been long enough) then you’re gonna end up getting an massive blood sugar spike when the GH is peaking and cause insulin resistance. If you pin all at night it’s peaking when you’re sleeping, and you’ll still be fasting for several more hours.

Oh and drink a ton of water. At least a gallon per day.

Pinning gh before bed is the best decision I ever made after doing it AM for years.

Gh sides is really person dependent brother. Just lower the dose, 3iu is still good esp for recomp effect. People get too caught up in optimal doses (myself included) but everyone reacts differently. You might react the same as someone taking 8iu while you’re taking 2IU for example

Split your dose. Morning and Night time. Very little HGH gives me hands that blow u like boxing gloves. I can only handle about 1.5iu per injection. I been splitting it up morning and night and can do 3iu's total with no real side effects.

I might just ditch gh if that's what it takes, I tried split dosing and its just too much of a bitch with carb timing and the morning dose makes me drowsy

In no expert but I have been on hgh for about 6 months. I started out with 2iu and slowly went up to 4iu. I had my blood tested on 2iu and my igf was 344 up from 243. Have you had your bloodwork done?

Just take 1 IU daily before bed for 5 weeks and test your IGF1 that GH might be stronger than labeled. Can also send it off to Jano to verify what you’re working with.

Solid plan

Listen, I know how it is. We want to push the bar higher we want the results faster but trust me going for longevity and real effectiveness takes time. Just be patient commit to one dosage that you can tolerate run it for a reasonable amount of time and then get your levels, tested and see where you were at. It would be well worth it in the long run.
