Geno HGH initial reactions...whats up?
ad
So i started my first cycle of HGH and dosed 2,8IU 2 hours before bed. Woke up around 3,5 hours after falling asleep hungry as heck. Had some banana and milk to curb it off. Was still tired but was unable to sleep much for the rest of the night. Alarm went off and after a while measured my blood sugar levels and it came out 5.5 nmol/l. Also was feeling hungry for quite a while now.
I know this is just an initial reaction but does this sound somehow out of place? I had decent amounts of food yesterday throughout the day. I'm getting Lantus in the coming days but my blood sugar levels seem just fine for now. I suppose the elevated gluconeogenesis hasn't properly increased yet and that is why i'm experiencing some lows?

I took 15IU of lantus on tuesday morning and i felt much better after a few hours. Measured my fasting glucose this morning and it still came out 5.7 nmol/l so i'm definitely getting some insulin resistance and have to use some Lantus.
I was never expecting these side effects. I started Levothyroxine because it seemed i was starting to get hypothyroid symptoms. Shortness of breath is one among them. Libido is wierd and erectile dysfunction too. So far the levothyroxine has only helped with the shortness of breath but all in all a serene mood and sleeping is good with vivid dreams.
Outside of HGH i'm doing HCG monotherapy because i have secondary hypogonadism. Normally i never suffer from erectile issues. Clearly the HGH is somehow messing up with my estrogen levels. Anyone has any idea what is going on?
This is after 1 shot of 2.8iu?
Around 4,5-5hours after injection. Tonight im gonna pin right before going to bed. --
To low of a dose for causing insulin resistance. High dosages long term can eventually result in some insulin resistance. But 1 shot at that low of a dose no way. Something else going on other than HGH.
Ya but that’s not even that low of blood sugar. Without gh mines right around there. And I don’t think he measured it before he was taking gh so it might be normal for him also. Unless I’m wrong about the conversion or whatever because I only know mg/dl and that would be 100 I think
How long was it after eating? I believe 5.5 is equal to 99 mg/dl which really isn’t that low, that’s actually good for walking up. Do you always check your blood sugar upon waking or did you just start because of the hgh? If it’s normally much higher then yes I’d say it’s a reaction to the gh. Also you didn’t sleep much and ate in the night and started this new drug. Also, almost 3 ius for your very first injection is kinda a lot and it’s pharma. At least for me it is, I for sure would have a reaction to that. Maybe not blood sugar but my hands would look like baseball gloves when I woke up and who knows what else, I’ve never done that much in one shot with out working up to it. If my conversion is wrong then it may be a different story but I’m pretty sure 5.5 is equal to 99 or 100 mg/dl and idk what a good reading is in nmol/l
Edit- the only part that seems strange to me is the sleep. 3 ius before bed and I would’ve slept like a rock, especially a first dose makes me especially tired but maybe you were anxious?
Don't get me wrong i was slowly getting tired around 10PM and i think the HGH kicked in around 11pm and i did feel very relaxed and ready to fall asleep. Just woke up to hunger before getting 4 hours of sleep. Well since my blood sugar levels are normal i'm just gonna keep doing it and maybe lowering the dose to exactly 2IU and see where that leads. Probably should avoid carbs during the evening leading to the injection?
Also do you personally inject right before sleeping or 2 hours before?
I’m not on right now but I actually usually do mine in the morning, the second I wake up. I wake up with swollen hands if I do it before bed.
And there’s different views on eating around hgh injections. I’ve heard some people say that carbs mess with the hormone so don’t eat around your shot time and I’ve also heard people say that having an insulin spike from eating carbs after injection helps increase igf-1. Also I’ve heard eating before bed blunts your natural production. Personally I take it on an empty stomach when I wake up to get the most fat loss and then eat about an hour after. Idk which is the right way but that’s how I do it.
I get some water retention but nothing crazy really and no carpal tunnel symptoms either. This should be legit Genotropin from one of the top trusted and reviewed sites.
Well HGH increase gluconeogenesis which raises blood sugar and that means there will be a steady release of insulin as well. I doubt you actually need to eat carbs around the injection. I was just not expecting to wake up hungry after injecting some growth hormone....
