+ 2 Do you take breaks form running gh?
I've been getting conflicting answers on this so i figured i'd throw it out here and get some more answers.
So does anyone here take breaks from running gh? Or do you just run it all the time possibly varying the dose depending on whether you're blasting or cruising? I've been running it for about 6 months now. Started at 2 iu, worked my way up to 6 during a blast and then dropped it back down to 4 once i went back to trt only. Through out that entire time i had increased recovery speed, more restful sleep and an increase in speed of hair/nails growing. I've been running the same batch of gh this entire time. In the last few weeks i've noticed that my recovery isn't where it was 6 weeks ago and my hair/nails seem to be growing at the pre gh rate again. My sleep seems to still be better though. I haven't changed dosing in this time period either.
I have other vendors gh in the fridge ready to. But i wanted to get more opinions on whether or not taking breaks from gh is a good practice to do since i have gotten answers on both ends of the spectrum.

Figured your feet would of widened. I noticed over the years that's been the case for me even without GH. Certain brand new shoe sizes fit but just seem tight on my feet.
They say when u get older your ears and nose get bigger ?
But no acromegaly or cts bud I did get bed migraines at first like everyday headaches for the first month .
When i stop the hgh n restart it happens again
I was curious how long it takes to reset the side effects. I'm sure a day or two off isn't an issue. But if I stop for a few weeks or months I'd think that my body would have to get used to it all over again.
a few members here claim that their feet got a bit wider and I can believe that. Hell I wasn't taking GH and it happened to me.
I run 15 -20 i.u a day
1kit per week lol
Lord that's a shit ton of gh. 150-200 iu every week sounds nuts. Even if I could afford that I don't think I'd want to try.
Hope youre running the other end of that or the wasted gh goes to intestine building
10 i.u of the other
I need more knowledge but can't post here
Yes its a safety deal. Basskiller online had good posts @Brolly6898
Bass killer a eroids member? I need to send him a friend request
Thank u
Its an online site. Theres info on here too. Look in stickies section ;)
Kool brother will do thanx again
Damn!!!! Lol now I see how it's a week
Lmao
Lol true facts brother
I’m about to take a break for that reason lol so I believe it
Aye man could always swap to some MK for a couple months! I often do that when stopping GH for whatever reason and it’s puts my levels the same as 2-3IU generics. Same benefits and can often find it for much much less.
677? I’ve never considered this. I definitely look into it thanks!
How many i.u.s you using ?
3iu gonna bump to 4 before bloods in the next 2 weeks. Baseline igf was 293. Curious to see were this will put me.
Good deal. That score sounds about right for 3IU.
4IU will probably have you upper 300s or maybe even at 400
293 is my natural score. The goal is to run 3-4iu/ED then bump when blasting.
Ok I see. So basically 3iu is replacing your natural score of 293.
I haven't even seen that number on 6iu/day. Lucky bastard.
That’s crazy. Were does 6iu put you at? I’m hoping to see a big number off 4-5iu. If not I’ll stop taking hgh til It’s worth it.
It was either 267 or 276 I believe. My baseline was in the 70's though so it was a big increase. I just got bloods pulled Fri and one test is igf levels from 5.6 iu from K4L. This will be the second highest dose I've tested for I believe.
Gonna test igf in about 2 weeks running 4iu of GD. If I like the numbers I’ll take a break then bulk Order for a year.
I believe that any kind of chemistry works better after a break. The body gets used to everything. I also believe that the chemistry that we often take in larger doses than what the doctor would prescribe has harmful effects, so I practice taking breaks from everything. If nothing else, at least let the break be in doses that are only a substitute for what the body would naturally produce.
I agree with you on this. Taking breaks are definitely needed. But to each their own. And yes too much of any hormone could be detrimental. Look at scobby's comment below.
I take breaks from running gh. I don't have a schedule I follow. A lot of times it just depends on if I can bring it with me when I travel for work. There are studies on high igf-1 levels affecting longevity. People with high igf-1 levels die earlier. So, that's one reason I take breaks. Having too low of an igf-1 level affects longevity also. I think the optimum range I've seen is >150 but <200. If I were able to run year round, I'd do blasts for 2 or 3 months at 5iu's and then run a maintenance dose at less than 2iu's and adjust according to blood tests.
Based on some prior bloodwork 4 iu put me right in the middle of that range. I think i'm going to drop it down to 2 iu/day for a while until im ready to up the dosage of my gear. Then i'll come back up to 6.
Good point. Yea I've always found that IGF longevity thing to be interesting. Goes to show ya that too much of anything is never good.
KonstantViktoryI cannot afford to use HGH.
Much much more affordable and with the promotions going on its alot more access to good stuff
anvilAll the time, lower it on cruise. No benefit to breaks. That was a practice in the 90s , and that M-F schedule all was due to cost and availability.
I had been doing the m_f only for 2 IU in morning. sticking with the 4IU nightly. my mindset is sat & sun are my slow lazy mornings, I had heard that "fasted" activity is better also. so I inject, pack food for day, and take shake and supps after 1hr walking shop. I love being able to chit-chat about this shit. any input is appreciated man.
I take about two months off every six months. Within two months of stopping, I usually start to see me recovery suffering, so I’ll jump back on
I literally feel every single injury i had in the past when i come off
I get all cocked eyed and jump right back on
AK80Even on the pharma grade pamphlets/websites it says taking weekends off is ok. Saving money & less hassle is fine. If a person is hellbent on being a human pin cushion like me though, just lower the dose and never skip a day. Not going to make much difference either way. How hard you train and what you eat is 75% if not a higher factor in this game. You mention your recovery isn't what it used to be 6 weeks ago - have you changed your testosterone dose or diet?
I haven't made any changes in the test dept. I have been slowly reducing my calories/upping my steps and cardio to cut. I really noticed it when i changed up my exercise routine. Every 6-8 weeks, whenever i stop making progress, i'll rearrange which exercises i do and start again. I always get more sore that first week. It's just the body getting used to the new movements. But i've been through this a few times now in the last 6 months. I was still sore 5-6 days later this time around. It's gotten better i the last few weeks. But i'm still sore for 2-3 days instead of just until i wake up the next morning.
AK80Make sure you're getting some electrolytes in you. Pedialyte is expensive, but at least some pink Himalayan salt. Glutamine should help with the soreness & DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)
I do supplement with Glutamine. But i'll look into something with electrolytes. Thanks

What was the main difference for you going from 2iu to 6
What you plan on running GH at? @wanted
@DeeMan. Ive been on 2iu for 23ish days. Going to start 3iu when i start my next bottle i think tomorrow
But i can see differences already to be honest
See that's what I'm talking about. Your baseline IGF levels were probably under 200.
3iu should put you in the 300s.
So my plan is to get to 3 iu and add 15 minutes more cardio and NOT drop calories @DeeMan
I'm so jealous. 3iu is all you probably need. I just added 10 more minutes to my cardio. Always hated cardio.
Yes i hate cardio. But its very important especially when cutting. i want to try all the tricks so i dont have to drop calories and try not to lose size
