Confusing igf numbers.

ad

I recently started using gh. I have done extensive research (much from this wonderful site and a host of others) on what brands are good, what sources to use, how to test, what are the sides, and most of all the arguements about gh serums and igf corrulation

I started a little over a month ago on a presently very popular Chinese generic from a trusted source.

I am 43 6'1 198 lbs lean I am very clean, no other suppliments but bcaas creatine and protein. I eat very healthy, work out hard and have a decent cardio program as well.

As soon as I injected 3.3 iu I felt there was something going on. Skin got weird and rubbery I was a bit amped up as well. I ran 3.3 for 3 days and on the 4th day I did 5iu and went and took a blood test.

Gh serum 10.5 Igf-1 320

I was like wow it's definitely legit.

I stayed at 3.3 for a few days but sleep was next to impossible with out allergy meds and I started get sides in my hands. I dropped down to 2iu and held that for about 2 weeks with a couple variables in between and went for another igf at 3 weeks in and

Igf-1. 230

I was like ouch! I was hoping for 400. At about 2 weeks in instarted to be able to sleep and I got used to my skin but hands getting a bit worse. I thought maybe this hgh isn't as good as everyone is saying it is or maybe I got an iconsistant batch. I found a source for pharma and bought 15iu to try out.

Again everything appears to be very legit. Packaging device, my skin my hair my hands I'm pretty confident it's absolutely legit. Also I got a new side. Tiredness. Drowsy during the day. I researched it and a lot of people complain about it with this pharma grade. Ok
I ran 2iu every day for 6 days and went for another blood at 2iu

Gh serum 9.3. Igf-1 235. ?

Hmmm. I can't really find anything on how many iu's of gh to raise igf x amount. Nor can I find what is good target range to reach on igf. Wether by age or goals.
Now all 3 scores were flagged high for my age and range which caps off at 216.

Last kicker I did not get a base line. Now I wish I did.

Now I'm wondering is my liver working properly ? Do I need to take more gh? Sides are killing me. I'm back in the Chinese and I know it's legit because I just did pharma and I'm pretty in tune with my body and sides are very similar. Slight differences but I l know it's the same stuff going into my body. What was up with the 320 score in the beginning?

I've also seen , read, where labs especially with igf can constantly get different numbers than other labs.
A doctor was sending the same blood to two different labs and getting drastically different results.

Finally, the fat is flying off no matter how I eat, I'm
Getting crazy pumps in the gym and I feel pumped, hard and angular. Hair is looking better and skin is butter soft everywhere and I mean everywhere lol!

I'm not sure what kind of answer I'm looking for but I just needed to vent cause I'm exhausted looking through the net for info.

Thanks

You also have to realize a lot of these igf numbers you see people are not true numbers! Almost everyone these days is doing a 10 or 12 iu poke 3 hours before there test as hellrazor tested that greatly affects igf and is a false number of where your really at

Thanks I am using the same Chinese as I believe you are. I am familiar with your posts and I know you like what I am using. I decided to divide the 10 iu vile in 3s. So I will be doing 3.33 iu a day for the next couple weeks. Do you think that may be good for me or should i go to 4. I will pull another lab in a couple of weeks. What do you think a good igf range would be for 43 and not a pro. I'm more concerned with overall health. Conditioning and strength over mass. Thanks for your input.

most of us need 5ius to get over 400 some get there at 4iu but we all process gh differently., 2ius would put most in the 200s. youre right where you should be.

Thanks that's the kind of info I'm looking for. It's hard to find what your igf should look like based on iu's. Where do you think someone like me should target for. I'm not a pro never gonna be one, it's too late. I am serious about training and over all health. I lifted hard and heavy in my mid to late 20s and know what that was like. I was much stronger and bigger. I just want to optimize myself for my age. I also have some bad shoulders and knees I'm working through. From age and incidents. Thanks again.

Ya and it varys widely from person to person, me and you could take the same 3ius and my igf-1 could be 250 and yours could be 330. Its up to our liver to produce igf-1 and everyones liver produces different amounts of igf-1 even on the same dose.

I think the mid 300s would make you feel great again, thats the top of the reference range for a guy in his early to mid 20s. At that level IMO you dont have to worry to much about growth of other things, you just get the benefits of high but still normal igf-1 numbers. And it will do wonders for you skin, hair, recovery in the gym, bodyfat loss and overtime slow muscle gain just from the gh, thats aside from the hypertrophy you induce from your diet and training.

And it can do some great things for injuries when combined with the right supplements. Im sure youve seen the osteo bi-flex and and other comparable supps for joints, they contain glucosamine, MSM and chondrotin. Well taking those along is pretty much worthless, i used them years ago also for bad shoulders (and now kness), they need GH to work. Those compounds in those osteo bi flex or off brands are the building blocks for cardalidge but they need the high igf-1 levels to do what theyre supposed to do. Best analogy is if your joints are a house, those are the bricks, but there worthless if they have no workers to move the bricks into the right spots, the hgh is the workers. I just came off an injury, was taking gh the entire time but no supps, after 10 weeks came back to the gym at like 60%, friend told me what im telling you and i added 2 grams of glucosamine twice a day, and 1 gram of each msm and chondtrotin total per day and this bicep tendon healed up better in about 4 weeks while i was lifting then i did when i was total out of the gym giving it complete rest for 10 weeks. I just bought the some from BJ's berkley and jensen 150 pills for cheap.

Thanks that really helps. I will shoot for 300s and I do have glucosamine lying around and stopped using it because it wasn't working. I'll start using it again and look at some of the other stuff you mentioned. Thanks again. I'll keep ya posted.

Yea I'm a bit obsessive and compulsive. This is a lot of cheddar time and effort and I want to do it right. I've heard so many good things about igf that I hung up on getting it elevated.

Also I was hoping for better joint health increases in memory, focus and overall motivation and well being and my body just is having a hard time adjusting to this. Has it and When did it even out and really start to come together for you? Never see posts with those concerns and answers

Nothing dramatic for me, it's subtle. Fat loss at injection site, def spot reduction. Sleep is fine, nothing crazy. Skin is okay, some acne due to cycle which I'm handling with doxycycline. Hair and nails growing wicked quick. I was running 8-12 iu a day on cycle and now 4-8 a day off cycle. I have the leanest midsection I've had since I was 20

If it's working good for you then I wouldn't worry about igf or serum totals, every body can be different. I was getting lowish igf1 with a certain generic but bad CTS, switched brands and sides went away and it has been all good. If the sides are too much for you then you might want to just lower dose until you're ready for an increase or even take a day or two off a week
