+ 4 UNDERSTANDING THE IGF-1 Peptide
I don’t know if this has been posted before but the below link shares some very interesting information regarding rIGF-1, IGF-1 LR3 and IGF-1 DES.
Basically what I took from it is that IGF-1 LR3 will not cause hyperplasia due to the 83 amino acid chain not “fitting” into the receptor site but is still very useful combined with GH and/or DES because it has much higher insulin like properties for pumps than the other IGF-1 variants. Basically a much safer option to low-moderate insulin dosages.
DES appears to be the best of all 3 to induce hyperplasia as it fits perfectly fine into the receptor site and DES according to the this article unlike LR3 is naturally occurring in our bodies since our bodies themselves cleave off the 3 amino acids from rIGF-1 missing in DES. This then becomes the more active/potent form of rIGF-1 which even fits into receptor sites mutated by lactic acid during workouts.
PLEASE GUYS CHIME IN WITH YOUR OPINIONS/THOUGHTS ON THIS ARTICLES CLAIMS REGARDING IGF-1. TRYING VERY HARD MYSELF TO UNDERSTAND THE BEST WAY TO USE THIS MIRACLE PEPTIDE ALONG WITH HGH TO TRANSFORM ONES BODY PAST GENETIC RESTRICTIONS.

I’m calling bullshit on this article. I don’t believe there has been much research on the effects of rIGF-1 LR3 in humans but there has in rats and it’s pretty evident that not only does the LR3 analog work but generally it is more effective than rIGF-1 - https://joe.bioscientifica.com/view/journals/joe/150/1/joe_150_1_010.xml...
Not only that but the authors reference to pumps induced by LR3 being caused by it binding to the insulin receptor in the same way humalog does is again nonesense. It’s generally frowned upon to talk about insulin in the open forums so I’ll just say this - rIGF-1 and rIGF-1 LR3 induce significantly more intense and long lasting pumps than insulin does. The author also doesn’t understand the biological mechanisms of IGF-1 and the analogs in terms of the interplay with the IGFBP’s, GH, Insulin and Glucose metabolism - https://www.hindawi.com/journals/omcl/2017/3035184/. He also fails to understand the true biological half life of rIGF-1 - https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/label/2005/021839lbl.pdf. When bound to IGFBP3 and ALS this is extended up to 16 hours - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3374394/.
My own personal experiences with both rIGF-1 and the LR3 version have been excellent and I would say unequivocally that the binding of rIGF-1 LR3 to insulin receptors does not explain the results.

Also, do you find that using IGF1 - LR3 with trenbolone doesn't have too drastic effect on crashing blood sugar levels? Just something I'm a bit wary of
When I’ve used both Tren and LR3 together I’ve always had my carbs at 300g per day at least and provided post exercise carbs has a minimum of 50g complex carbs plus 30g Dextrose/Cyclic Dextrin I’ve had no hypos. It gets a bit more complex to manage if you’re adding taboo - regular BG monitoring including post exercise monitoring is the key.
Interesting article. I personally have used IGF-1 and IGF-1-R3 with limited success; but that's jut men. Some people rave about it. My best experiences were with Pharma HGH!
Did you not get any notable difference from it John such as better muscle recovery times?

No problem. I found it very informative so I thought I might share and at the same time get some feedback/thoughts on the claims from some of the more experienced/knowledgeable members on here.
What really surprised me though is that it spoke much higher of IGF-1 DES than rIGF-1 which people usually hail as the most or only effective one of the three.
Definitely worth a share, I nearly jumped in on a good promo at the min for this stuff yesterday but wanted to research more and held off.
Glad I did now, if this article is true, I might have to rethink my plan.
Would be good to know the credibility of the person who wrote the article.
