TB500: subq or IM?

I've been trying to determine whether TB500 is optimally injected subq or IM. My research seems to indicate that most are administering it subq, but those who are administering it IM seem to see good results as well. If you have experience experimenting with this, please submit your results. Thanks in advance.

I've been doing mine IM in my forearm. I've thought about doing subq spot injection, but I can't do that in my forearm area without some help. Not sure if one or the either is better.
