+ 1 Tb500 lift or not
ad
People I have a question and I want some advice please.
I am on tb500...I bought it because i cant workout my chest properly ( elbow injury ) but i can train all the other parts without a lot of pain. My MRI showed a slight oedema in my triceps from overuse. Is it a good idea to stop working out and complete a tb500 therapy without working out to get the most of the peptide....or continue to lift. Does anyone use tb500 and lifting on injury and saw improvements?

I would go with a little break also!! I have trained with an injured shoulder while running tb500 and bpc157 with good results but I don't wanna give you bad advice because of my choice to train. It's always good to give the body a bit of recup time after injury.
Looking for good sources for tb and bpc, friend request sent.
YourdadDid you saw any improvements during that time?
Oh yeah my doc even said he couldn't believe how quickly it was healing all be it I wasn't going all out on any push movements but I was still training
Yourdadbro I had the same thing....i can pull, do bicep even tricep but i can do bench press and other chest exercises that I need to press against something. I took a long break for 6 months without improvements and my MRI showed some fluid around my elbow especially on my tricep ( oedema)
What did your doctor tell ya to do??
Yourdadto rest it!!
I didn't have any water on my shoulder or any of the muscle tissues so you might want to rest it so it doesn't irritate those areas anymore
AnonIt would be wise to take a little break until your injury heals , you don't want to do more damage . I never used tb500 so can't comment on that .
YourdadThanks for your feedback sir!!
AnonNo problem , good luck with whatever you decide to do :-)
