+ 1 tb500 & bpc157
Had some aggravating tendonitis/teninosis in my outside patellar from a combination of too much running and squatting. Also have slight SI pain that has been around for a year. The SI pain only comes out when I try to back squat heavier and i lose technique. Either way, I have not been able to get rid of it. Tried countless different self myofascial release and stretching tactics. Also been to a few chiros.
Taking tb500 at 5mg a week split in 2 doses and bpc157 around 250mcg per spot (knee and upper glute) per day monday through friday. I am currently into my 2nd week and I can say one is at least working if not both. Knee is still a little painful but it is much better than 2 weeks ago.
I was kind of scared because I ran across some threads that said TB500 leads to cancer or promotion of benign tumors...most of these were at least 4-5 years old though and it seems there are countless logs online all with good experiences. Nonetheless I was still worried so I did some more research and came across a pharmaceutical company in the US doing clinical trials for thymosin beta 4 to help with dry eye syndrome. I have attached some links. This makes me feel much safer but if anyone cares to weigh in I'd still like to get some more closure.
