TB-500 and BPC-157 Log for Tendonitis/help

ad

Okay, so I am starting cycle of peptides bpc-157 and tb-500 to try and rehabilitate a 3 year wrist problem. My stats are 5'10", 34 yrs. old, 198.5 lbs 15%-20% bf. I have also been bodybuilding pretty seriously as a hobby for a long time, since middle school. I have been seeing a hand specialist for a while. I've had an mri and x-ry. Also a cortisone shot in the wrist, with very short relief. Seems like anything wrist intensive is deteriorating my wrist. Especially art/drawing/painting and any kind of construction work. I don't why or when the problems started they just kind of crept up on me 3-4 years ago when I was a framer and artist at night every night. They have progressed to the point to where I have to baby my wrist for 3-4 months before I can go to no more pain for everyday tasks. I go to another arthroscopic specialists on feb. 3 2017. They may go in with a camera and see if there are any broken ligaments and what not. The mri shows that all the ligaments are in tact, but that is not always the case. We'll find out I guess. There is also a possibility that maybe it is tendonitis or tendonosis rather. I have always tried to determine exactly where and why the pain is happening but I can not. All I can determine is the pain is coming from this area highlighted in the picture, I don't know if it is the tendons or if it comes from underneath them like ligament tear or cartilage damage, IDK! I might as well try to heal the problem because at this point the professionals are not doing so well unfortunately, hopefully that will change. I have a slew of other bodybuilding injuries that this will possibly help with even if it doesn't help with my wrist.

Here is my best estimation on what and how much I should be taking.

TB-500-4 mg/week 2 shots of 2mg twice a week for a 10 week cycle
4-10mg bottles
Filled with 3 ml of BAC water
3ml=10mg
2mg twice a week = 4mg a week=10 week cycle=40 mg supply
.6ml=2mg=60 units on syringe/100 unit 1ml insulin syringe

60 units per shot twice a week

BPC-157-200mcg per shot/twice per day for 4 weeks
4-5mg bottles will need 2.6 bottles for the 4 week cycle
Filled with 3 ml of BAC water
5mg=3ml which leaves me with 1.66 mg/per ml 5mg=3ml
1.66=1ml
.83=.5ml
.415=.25ml
.2075=12.5ml
Same syringe which should equal 12.5 units roughly for a 207mcg dose(close enough to 200)

Sorry this is the only way I could logically make sure it was right, I'm sure there is an easier way which I would like to hear if you want to share. This is the first time I've ever injected anything have taken anything like this. I have already taken one dose already shortly before writing this, hopefully my math is correct. I have already reconstituted 1 bottle of each with 3ml of bac water so I cannot change anything on these bottles but if there is a better way on the next I would love to hear it. I don't know how to post the pic but my wrist hurts on the top side of the hand below the first finger and thumb on the wrist.

So, After a week of injections I have stopped. I need a potassium supplement as I have some strange heart rythyms, which is nothing new but basically when my potassium/sodium levels go out of that range of 4:1 or 1:4, I can't remember which I get weird rythyms. My wrist is doing horrible now, not sure if the peps had anything to do with it or not as it was already going downhill. I have a good pot. supplement coming and I am thinking of starting again. I still have a shoulder and a hip that could benefit from it. I also go to the doctor this week. I really don't know if this is a real severe case of tendonitis or a wrist ligament tear, I do have popping in the wrist with pain so I think it could be a scaphoid lunate tear or something of that nature. We'll find out more Friday. I am considering a equipose/test cycle with some mk or cjc/ipamorelin. I have the cjc and Ipa right now, I planned on running it with the peps but I realised that I didn't know enough about pct to try anything, and god forbid some sides showed up I wouldn't be prepared.

Well it's Sunday, my once a week training day since my body can no longer take the punishment. Shoulder hurts like hell after I did two exercises slightly variegated then what I know will not cause me pain, dips with a knuckles forward like a bar grip for decline and seated wide grip pull ups with a forward grip, reverse or underhand grip or neutral grip won't aggravate my shoulder for back work. Noticed something interesting after I iced my hurt wrist today, bruising where I had been injecting on the wrist. Not sure what to think?? I really hope my wrist gets better. I may have a chance to have a career if my wrist would just calm down and take a little bit of work. Life sucks sometimes!

Well, I found a calculator online and the measurements seem to be pretty close. I ran my TB-500 day one yesterday and will do my third dose of BPC-157 in a bit. My wrist pain at this moment is about a 7 out of 10, 10 being the worst pain I have ever had in my wrist, although it is not a constant pain, when I do feel it doing certain things this is how it compares to what I have experienced. I only work out once a week on sundays now that I'm old, haha only 34, but I think I have too many years training hardcore like I was on gear when I had no idea how prevalent that was in bodybuilding. I mean I knew but no where near the extent that we all know today thanks to you tube. I just assumed it was possible because between my brother and myself we had great genetics so I think we could assume it was possible....maybe. I've had 19 inch arms before so I could see someone having 22's? Anyways I will be doing a few sets of hammer strength inclines, last time I did two sets with just a plate on each side as I can't do any chest work besides dips, I still got sore I haven't hit those areas of the chest in so long. For legs I only do lunges, leg extensions and leg curls. I still can not squat with my hip tear. I don't want to push the hip tear, I don't think it will be ready for a few more months. I will keep posting any progress.

Also I would like to mention that I have shoulder problems in my left shoulder. I can't do any bench or shoulder press or any type of chest exercises, I can do side laterals, I don't do front, I can also do dips with no problem? That has been ongoing for a few years. I have moderate elbow pain when using my triceps for anything. I also have some kind of hip tear that happened about 3-4months ago when doing a light squat warming up. I am going to keep a log of my progress with all of the above mentioned injuries for informative purposes. Wish me luck. And I do plan to go to the doctor for all the injuries mentioned above, but I would like to take care of my wrist first as it is the most important.
