Well I guess it was inevitable. I am on week 7 of TRT, 200mg Test C bi weelky soon to become 125 mg weekly. I now have noticed some shrinkage of my testicles. I thought maybe it was in my mind just knowing it may happen being on TRT, but my wife pointed it out to me also. I don't like that! I want to include Hcg into my TRT. I know my dr will not prescribe it, we already had that talk. I only want to include Hcg during my cruise time. What is an recommended dosage? or is everyone different. If so, how do I determine how much I need.
So basically I am asking dosage, and frequency? I have never used Hcg before. I have read subcutaneous injection is fairly common. Is that best or IM?

I usually inject 250iu 2X weekly for 10 weeks. I inject in the Delts/Stomach SQ. That is the basic protocol (Swalle's Protocol)since the vial is 5000iu. Note: this is my HCG during a cycle. Some people like 5000iu during cycle and 5000 at PCT, there are many variants.
PaladinThe protocol I got from my doctor is 500 i.u.s twice a week for the entire cycle. Then, 1000 units of HCG daily for 10 days in a row for PCT.
I'm not on TRT but I will use HCG on cycle for 16 weeks. I do three injections at 250 ius a week and the last six weeks I do 1000 ius.
