Purchase Peptides, Aussie Customs and Customer Service

ad

I ordered about $500 of peptides (mostly IGF1-DES and MGF) from Purchase Peptides.

Shortly after I ordered it, I decided that I wanted to change the ratio of IGF1-DES and MGF, asked them if they could change a couple of IGF vials for the equivalent value of MGF, they just refunded me and said to redo the order to avoid confusion.

I figured "Well, I guess they're not just going to take the money and run if they're willing to refund me promptly like that."

Product shipped promptly.

Then it spent 10 days in Customs before I got a seizure letter (Customs decided it was GH. It wasn't, but they didn't care.) I photographed it and sent it to PP. They asked if I'd contacted them prior to ordering. I had, and forwarded them the letter. They offered to reship, I declined (AU Customs is pretty crazy all the time, but even more so at the moment) and requested a refund. They offered 85% refund minus shipping fee, I felt that was reasonable and agreed. They sent the refund the next day.

PP told me that they may cease shipping to Australia as a result of this and other similar experiences. It'll be a loss to us, because they seem to be a very professionally run business.

By the way, if anyone's got recent Australian sources I'd appreciate the tip.

Are you sure? I had a look there to decide where to post it and it seemed that as I have not used any PP products it would be an "incomplete review".
