Mixing 10 mg Frag

ad

Hello,
I am an older female new to Forums and Peptides in general, but I have been reading about them for many years, but it is an expensive hobby. I have had some unpleasant changes since menopause and tried starvation too, with nothing to show for it.
Anyway, I want to try Frag 171-191 for fat loss, the source is P.S., their catalog is extensive and I can't really find any bad info on them yet.
My question is how to mix and dose. I don't want to use too much and be wasteful, yet I want to see some improvement before I decide to increase my dose.
I have ordered insulin needles, a mixing needle, 30ML of Bac Water... The Frag is 10MG as it is more economical to order a higher concentration.
How much Bac Water do I add to the 10 mgs? I know to be gentle with it. Then what should a dosage be and when? How long can it last? Do I need to take a month off after 3 or 4 months of use?

Thanks for the scoop!

Got my wife on BHRT and she is shedding pounds like she did when she was 30.
Loves to fuck like she did when she was 30 too.

If menopause is messing with you consider bhrt.

My wife does hers with a doc, gets pellets every 4 months and we spend about 2500 a year give or take.
worth every penny

Well I don't want to waste it... So how much Bac water to add to 10MG of Frag and then what dose? Thanks

You'll have to research the dose on your own.

Remove the source name from your post. Then, remember there are no shortcuts. 100mg of this wont work if you dont. Do you count your macros? If not start, keep a log of what you eat. I find that easier to track them and there are apps you can get as well. Us the calculator on this site to help with mixing your peptide
