+ 2 Kisspeptin and MOTS-c

ad

Hello, have any of you tried Kisspeptin 10 or MOTS-c peptides?

I have been on and off TRT for almost 19yrs. Each time I come off, I am reminded nothing feels better then my natural test... Kisspeptin 10 looks like it would make a nice boost to TRT and maybe better then HCG as its more natural and since it tells the pituitary to increase FSH and LH there is a more natural cascade of how things work in the body. Studies showing it can have many benefits and a key one I believe is it lowers insulin response yet increases the cells response so it gets the cells to accept insulin... so it would also help the energy to go to the cells instead of storing fat. More sexual drive too... Kisspeptin 54 has more studies behind it but it's been shown that it can desensitize the testis over time but the shorter pepdide 10 doesn't...

MOTS-c can get your mitochondria working again... lower insulin , improve energy. Sounds like it could reverse diabetes and metabolic syndrome.... chronic fatigue ... etc... helpful when dieting... Studies showing people with high levels of MOTS-c live longer... yes its a natural peptide...

Warning Warning!
The MOTS-c gave me horrible low blood sugar on Friday June 5th... This stuff could kill. This peptide is supposed to improve blood sugar yet it dropped mine so bad... 2hrs after the shot it began... got hot and nervous so I quickly ate a bagel with cream cheese cause it was the only thing around... started drinking water and sat down in the AC... absolute awful feeling... it didn't help that it was so hot and humid out... over an hr later it slowed down so I drove and got a burger then only ate the meat... ... but this shit wasn't done as I still felt so strange... and it took 2 hrs from the first I noticed the low blood sugar issue before I felt like I could cope... a strange feeling stayed with me the entire day and the low blood sugar would happen again but less intense before lunch... got home from work then had a grilled chicken sandwich around 7pm... went to bed around 9:30pm... woke up around 2am feeling hot and the feeling coming on again... got up and ate a little bite of something and went back to bed and I slowly felt better... Woke again at 6am and felt better so I slept in til 8am.. It's now 9am and I feel pretty much normal but I slight tingling feeling like I have excess energy so its not quite out of me... Now I took very low doses all week long and barely bumped them up.... Just think tiny doses... I don't even want to give a dose amount because I don't want someone trying this shit. I had paranoid thoughts that it could get worse throughout the day and may have done some damage... The shit sounds great on paper but it is dangerous... Now of course I don't know if what was in the vial the actual peptide and I would like to send it off to have it tested... but I don't know where to send it... Either way no more for me

Started MOTS-c today 5/31/20 - took the lowest dose I could... Vial = 10mg + 3ml Bacteriostatic water = 33mcg per unit... I am only looking for negative reactions to start out so I start very low. No info on the web for dosing that I could find but have read where several have used it but can't find the dose. Dose will be very subjective to me anyway as I don't want negative issues with it... I want to feel normal and as in normal I don't want to feel speedy or other nervous issues... if I get my dose right I would expect to have natural energy like when I was young and not some speedy drug feeling which I would hate.
So I had no negative reaction today... I worked all day in the yard and felt good... a bit better then normal but it was an absolute beautiful day today as the weather was perfect so that helps...
In the studies with mice they gave them 5mg/KG which seams like a hell of a lot... I will not attempt a dose like that... That mouse can't tell them they feel weird or jacked up... If this stuff relieves my chronic fatigue then it's working for me... any other improvements is a bonus...

MOTS-c lowers Myostatin... which is logical as it is telling the body you have exercised.... what they are saying here is it could help the elderly as they would put on more muscle...

Please read the entire thread as I have posted more studies... some interesting stuff on MOTS-c... Did you know your Mitochondria are passed down to you by your mother? it's like a descendant of a bacteria that controls energy = ATP plus other functions like making your muscles more sensitive to insulin which means the energy from your food goes to your muscles for storage instead of fat etc...

Just an observation ... I have a very lean friend that has never dieted... when he eats he says he can feel a rush of energy... when I eat... I say where is the pillow... nap time... and he's lean like his mother

I was actually researching Kisspeptin. The issue is all the studies were done with IV administration over a period of many hours. When I say many, we are talking between 11-22 hrs. Not one study was done with subq injection. Leads me to believe it is more effective with a gradual release into the bloodstream. I'm not expert but I think you're administering it incorrectly. I'm not going to give myself an IV so I scratched it from my research.

You will see some studies stating Bolus injection... that is an one shot deal as in all in one shot... they did administer for like 22 of 24hrs or something close to see if there is desensitization... yes with kisspeptin 54 but not with 10.
But my personal reality is it didn't work for me... I sort of trust the supplier but I don't trust any of them 100%... These clinics are touting 100mcg daily but I didnt feel a damn thing... thought maybe it won't raise my Test too much but may make me horny... Nothing at all...
Trust but verify... and to this point does anyone know where we can have things tested without it coming to bite us in the ass...

Now the more I read about MOTS-c it sounds like the Holy Grail for metabolic diseases... and if you believe the studies showing how certain Japanese people have high levels of it and live over 100yrs... I believe it's because it controls sugar preventing disease... I used to believe sugar and carbs are the same... they aren't... the body treats sugar like a poison...

How long did you do Kisspeptin-10 for? I want to experiment with it. Were you taking any thing else with it such as testosterone, hcg and etc?

Achak's picture

I have searched for suppliers of these peptides and they are few and far between. Makes me skeptical on the quality.

I know a few testing facilities. Simec AG, Lab4Tox and Janoshik. Janoshik has the best rates. Just google the names that I provided and you'll be able to find their websites.

My car is in MOT if that's anything similar.

Rockin's picture

Yes increases Alcar...
I haven't tried the MOTS-c yet.... I don't know what dose to use and I'm cautious...

Rockin's picture

Kisspeptin ---7 days into it.. 100mcg daily... I haven't noticed anything... I will continue until the vial is finished...

Rockin's picture

OK, 10 days into it and nothing... thought I would see a little something but not a damn thing... so even though I was going to continue,,, I'm not... Got it from a supplier I trusted but now I question what it is... At least when I take HCG it works... very disappointed with this one... Now I'm wondering if I should try the MOTS-c as it came from the same supplier. I will put up a review in their section.

This stuff pisses me off... to be able to control Sports they will control your health... you can see it coming... if its a miracle drug they will ban it... if it cures Diabetics they will ban it and try to hide the info... metabolic diseases are the biggest driver of health costs and they love it... Sick bastards!

Awesome thank you

I just clicked the third reference down for mots-c and this part troubles me.

This adaptive mechanism refers to the thermogenic process of dissipation of heat and increase of body temperature, resultant of the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) synthesis decoupling through the leak of protons from the internal mitochondrial membrane, known as thermogenesis without tremor [44,45], which can explain the increase of the energetic consumption and production of heat. If MOTS-c is able to increase the activity and expression of UCPs it is a scenario to be further investigated.

UCPs (uncoupling proteins) in the electron transport chain cause the increased lipogenesis and increase in body temperature from the inability to perform oxidative phosphorylation. This is the same mechanism as DNP and MDMA so I would highly suggest getting as much information about this peptide before starting as too much can be deadly. Stay safe.

Rockin's picture

It looks like it works by increasing ALCAR... signaling exercise was done... you exercise you get warm... say some info somewhere that in Japan people with high MOTS-c live much longer... like in their hundreds... probably because of sugar management preventing cross linking with proteins and the utilization of energy into the muscles instead of being stored... just a thought... Yes I see a potential to do harm if over dosed...

Thank you. Looks to be a lot of reading. I will enjoy
